A lovely hotel. So well located for old vienna, stephensdom, with a u bahn tation nearby for getting around or back after a long day.
I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again for my next Vienna visit.

Ein tolles Hotel in dem ich mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Freundliche Aufnahme an der Rezeption, ein feiner Cocktail an der Bar. Ein traumhaftes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Eine überraschende Zimmergestaltung mit sehr gutem Bett und einer Wellnessdusche. Kommt man spät abends noch hungrig zurück, gibt es noch einen Snack oder eine Pizza an der Bar.
Übrigens: am 4. August 2025 wurde über ein Ruby Hotel in Florenz von der FAZ (Tageszeitung) sehr ausführlich und äußerst positiv berichtet. Ich habe das Ruby in Wien in dem Ruby aus Florenz wiedererkannt.
Ein tolles Unternehmen.

Alles soweit top. Das Frühstück ist nicht super vielseitig, aber ausreichend.
Anregung: Die Idee mit den frei verfügbaren Gitarren ist klasse. Aber ein Gitarrenverstärker auf dem Zimmer ist eher nicht so einladend. Ein Raum zum musizieren, das wäre mal was. In der Lobby Gitarren spielen ist auch nicht verlockend weil da dauerhaft die chillout Beats stampfen

The shower is in the room we had, so if you’re sharing room with someone it is a + if you are comfortable with the person as it is only possible to cover one side of the shower. :)

Great location and convenient to transportation, shopping and dining. Very hip vibe and full of techies. Fantastic jazz band on Monday nights. Guest room didn’t have much storage space for suitcases, no drawers for clothes. Very minimalist in style. Breakfast was very overpriced. Toilet/shower area very awkward and bizarre layout. Great staff and cool decor..

I recently stayed at Rubi Lissi and found it to be a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. The decor and ambiance are truly lovely, making it a great place to unwind. However, I encountered a significant issue during my stay.
Our room, located on the same level as the reception, was quite noisy due to the sounds from the bar and lobby. Unfortunately, this disturbance continued late into the night, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep on both nights of our stay.
It's such a shame because the hotel itself is wonderful, but the noise issue really detracted from our experience. I hope they can address this in the future, as it would make a big difference for guests looking for a peaceful retreat.

Eigentlich war es nett. Zuhause sehe ich aber 4 Abbuchungen a 2,50, 2 á 2,00 und eine Abbuchung über 3 Euro. Alle im Abstand von einer Minute. Ein Anruf konnte mir nicht helfen, ich soll eine Email schreiben. Das ist mir zu lästig, also bewerte ich die unerklärlichen Abbuchungen und mache einen Haken daran. Schade...
