Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schaut super aus. Alles sehr neu und modern. Großzügig für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Das Bad mit der Dusche ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Apartment Besitz eine Klimaanlage wodurch ist auch bei extremer Wärme kühl ist. Das einzige Negative für uns war die Parksituation. Die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel ist mit 39 € pro Tag natürlich sehr teuer wenn man vor allem länger bleiben will. Andere Parkmöglichkeiten waren leider sehr rar.

I stayed at this hotel for a 10 days schedule in Vienna. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots except rice cooker, which is helpful for travelers. The bed was pretty comfort. Although this hotel is located in a quiet area, not in the tourists places, it's pretty good to visit any popular places from the hotel using public transportation. I would like to book this hotel again if I have schedules in Vienna, in the future.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt ganz gut, mit Kindern allemal. Unser Zimmer mit oben gelegen Kinderzimmer war ganz schön, allerdings gab es für die Treppe zum Kinderzimmer keine sicherheitsgitter so das die Kinder Nachts nicht selbstständig runter gehen können zum Eltern bereich. Das wäre auf jeden Fall angebracht, oder die Kinder sollten ein entsprechendes Alter erreicht haben. Die Treppe allerdings ist auch ziemlich steil, so das man selbst als erwachsener so seine Mühe hat.
Das Spielzimmer war leider ziemlich trostlos, ne Menge Stofftiere lagen da rum, und ein wenig zusammen gewürfeltes Spielzeug gab es auch. Der Obere Bereich war gesperrt weil die Zugänge wohl nicht in Ordnung sind. Alles in allem nicht sehr einladend.
Das Frühstück hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, für das Angebotene zu teuer, wenn Reisegruppen da sind ist es auch ziemlich laut und sehr unruhig. Sonst viele Familien mit Kindern was sehr schön war. Wir würden wiederkommen, allerdings dann ohne Frühstück.

Appartamento grande ,arredamento moderno confortevole,abbastanza pulito,peccato nei corridoi ,scale e ascensore pianerottoli non puliti per niente,la lavanderia non bene sporca e tetra,ho chiesto in reception 3 volte fi aggiystare il piano cottura e nn sono intervenuti qui non per niente bene.Mi dispiace!

Our stay was good but there is deferred maintenance that is obvious.
- Kids playground not fully functional; upper deck and slide not accessible and closed off
- bathroom - mirror off balance and wiring with install frame sticking from behind (it’s supposed to be a modern feature … it’s not)
- bathroom - shower water temp regulator not functional, so we had alternating cold and hot water randomly coming through

Loved the family loft we had as a family of 4 with small children. Appreciated the laundry services available. The place itself is well kept and has a lot to offer. The rooms are modern and well designed. Would definitely stay here again

Ottima struttura specialmente per viaggi con bambini. Ci è piaciuta molto la colazione, l'insonorizzazione delle stanze, avere prodotti da bagno disponibili. La pulizia dell'appartamento è avvenuta però solo dopo 6 giorni dal nostro arrivo e dopo nostra richiesta. La manutenzione in generale è scarsa (lo zoccoletto della nostra stanza era staccato, la pulizia delle scale con 11 giorni non c'è mai stata, nessun controllo nelle aree comuni, armadio della camera dei bambini non utilizzabile perché poteva ribaltarsi). Consiglierei di lasciare in appartamento almeno una scopa ed una paletta per le pulizie giornaliere da fare in autonomia.
Però consiglierei la struttura, ottimi collegamenti con il centro città e appartamenti nuovi.

There was a connecting line to downtown Vienna right in front of the property and it was easy to use. It is made up of multiple "houses" where House 2 is the only "House" with inside access to the public parking garage. All inside areas of the property require access codes and it had cameras everywhere. It felt very safe for my family. The Family Loft was perfect for my family and the kids really enjoyed playing up there. The staff at reception were very kind and informative. If I am ever back in Vienna, I would stay here again. No need to look any further :).

Wir waren eine Woche hier und hatten einen sehr guten Eindruck! Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr neu und sehr komfortabel. Der Bahnhof war direkt vor der Tür, sodass man bequem in die Stadt gelangen konnte. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal wieder dort übernachten.

Harika bir deneyimdi. Konumu, evinve eşyaların temizliği ihtiyacımız olan her şeyin bulunması... 3 aile tuttuk ayrı evlerde.. aynı katta ve yan yana ev bulabilmek de büyük şanstı. Odadaki her şey çalışıyordu. Havlular yataklar tertemizdi. Bir faha viyanaya gelsem başka bir yer asla aramam. Önünden tramvay geçiyor. Ulaşımda da hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık.resepsiyon çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Eksik bir şey olunca ya da havlularımız kirlenince gerekli takviyeyi hemen yaptılar.
