We enjoyed our short vacation there. There are a lot of hiking trails near by. The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. I’d like to highlight the top quality service in the restaurant. The staff was amazing. Hope to visit this place again.

The hotel is very old-fashioned and in need of renovation. The pictures on the website look much better than the reality. Unfortunately, the wellness area was quite disappointing – there was an unpleasant smell, so we stayed only briefly and did not return.
On the positive side, the hotel is located very close to the ski lift and offers a 50% discount on the ski pass, which is a great benefit. The scrambled eggs and coffee were excellent

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Haus ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, wird aber gut gepflegt. Sauberkeit ist selbstverständlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Su relación calidad/precio está muy bien. Es un hostal muy grande. La habitación privada en la q nos quedamos (triple) estaba súper limpia u las camas cómodas (sin tirar cohetes tampoco).
Si, nos tocó a nosotros tender la cama de la peque, pero esto es muy común en este tipo de alojamientos. Cocina común y lavandería. Servicio de bar 24h. Cerca de la estación de tren y a 15 min a pie del centro histórico.

Zimmer: Saubere Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien. Bad sauber, bei unserer Kategorie Basic relativ klein, für uns ok. Kühlschrank und eine Sitzecke vorhanden. Betten gut.
Service: Sehr aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wurde umfassend reagiert. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Küche! Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, alles erdenkliche vorhanden.
Kommunikation: WLAN ausgezeichnet. Stabile Bandbreite.

Es war eine Schüler:innen-Gruppe im Hotel untergebracht, die bis 23.30 lärmend durch die Gänge gelaufen sind. Trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption - Antwort: "Wir werden mit der Lehrerin reden" - war es am 2. Abend genauso laut wie am ersten. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich, dass für Nachruhe Sorge getragen wird, bzw. dass Schülerklassen gar nicht erst dort untergebracht werden.

Das Hotel ist natürlich in die Jahre gekommen, Sauna wird gerade umgebaut, Kegelbahn und Spielraum nicht zugänglich. Wenn einem aber der Plattenbau-Stil egal ist: Super Service, einwandfreies Frühstück, gutes Abendessen (normale Preise), Saubere Zimmer und super Lage. Zusätzlich gibt es auch Gutscheine für Gondelermäßigung und Mountainkart sogar gratis. für 2-3 Tage echt genial. Pool sauber und warm.
