Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt... Das Chalet ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Wellnessbereich hatten wir 2 Möglichkeiten, entweder im eigenen Haus oder im Hotel (Gang über die Strasse). Das Auto konnten wir gar in der Tiefgarage parkieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Top Unterkunft, ein traumhafter Aufenthalt von Abis Z!! Das Chalet Zimmer war einfach wunderbar! Sehr grosszügiges Chalet mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und das Badezimmer mit Sauna war einfach grossartig!

Deluxe Chalet war top. Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wie auch die Sauna im Zimmer war toll.
Einzig negativer Punkt, der Empfang an der Rezeption war mässig freundlich und haben uns auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen kein Platz im hoteleigenen Restaurant reservieren können.
Würden aber sofort wieder buchen!

Man muss gut aufpassen, wenn man das Sporthotel Chalets bucht, ist man nicht im Hauptteil untergebracht sondern im Nachbarhaus/Chalet direkt gegenüber. Es gibt dort ein separates kleines Wellness. Wenn man das grosse Wellness im Hotel nutzen möchte, muss man einen Aufschlag bezahlen. Bezüglich Frühstück kann man für ca. 23 Euro dazu buchen. Halbpension für ca. 46Euro.
Insgesamt war das Chalet sehr praktisch und grosszügig. Bequemes Bett. Der kleine Wellness bietet 3 verschiedene Saunas und einen schönen Ruheraum. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr grosszügig und ausgiebig. Je nachdem besteht grösserer Andrang. Das Abendessen im Chalet war ok.
Für einen Kurztripp aber sehr positiv.

Room 5 stars, really mordern and comfy. Excellent slepping comformt.
But slightly overengineered. Like Toilet was separate and fan wouldn't stop running for ages. Stopped switching on Toilet light at night not to lose sleep. Shower room has steam. While this was superb, it was really hit and miss to turn on. Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from Chalet to cross the road (like underground) had to walk in bathrobe over street. Breakfast area 5 stars, well equipped and varied. Couldn't ask for anything more Another nuisance on Chalet ground floor was the often slamming large side door. This is more a critisism to careless guests than to the hotel. Wifi offered Wifi TV offered however bizarrely one can't use Netflix app despite showing on TV (silly reasons given which was really poor, either offer it fully or remove feature and/or TV type. Lastly, location was great. Only 200 to 400 meters to restaurant, lift and supermarket. Would come again but perhaps avoid ground floor chalet.
