Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful.

One of the worst hotels ive stayed in. I was upgraded to a suite which was great. However getting into the room i wanted to shower but there were no towels. I requested some but they never showed up so I dried off with a Tshirt. The safe battery was dead so i couldnt lock up my valuables. The air conditioning was broken so it was a warm 24°c the whole time. The handle on the bedroom side of the door was missing. If i had closed that door i would have been trapped in the room. I tried to take naps in the afternoon but the music coming from the pool 8 floors dow. Sounded like it was right next to me. They did offer to switch my rooms due to the ac, but after all the issues with this room who knows what i would have been walking into. You get what you pay for i guess.

Room is not soundproof, outside noise was disturbing.

Draps tachés, pas de serviette dans les chambres (sur requête), bruits extérieur horrible et entretien de l'hôtel très insatisfant.

When I first check in the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. I enjoyed my stay seeing as I’m an easygoing person. Be aware that road construction work is in process. There isn’t underneath parking available at the property, fortunately for me I came with the Uber to this hotel. The housekeeping is amazing and I love how they clean the room and it smell really good. Overall, I’m happy with this Ramee hotel.

Very bad hotel

Indeed it is a clear example for failure. I have not found towels in the bathroom, also found one of the two water bottles drunk to the half.i tried to use the telephone which is a very old device to reach tge reception but no one answered. I passed by the receptionist for complaining and she promised to fix everything. I went outside for two hours then came back to find nothing fixed. At this moment i decided to checkout having a very strange and bad stay experience. I am astonished that expedia has this poor hotel on its list.

En general el aspecto del hotel era distinto a las fotos, la entrada llena de tierra y con un cartel de multa del gobierno. En la planta baja habia un pub, lo cual hacia que hubiera ruido en las habitaciones. Al llegar a la habitacion encontramos: Cama sucia con cabellos y manchas en las sabanas Pisos sucios con fosforos, semillas y pelusas, tambien tierra y marcas de pisadas Baño sucio, tapa del inodoro con manchas Televisor en frente de la cama que no funcionaba No habia toallas Al solicitar algo en la recepcion tardaban para traer las cosas y habia que reclamar varia veces Cuando hice el reclamo por este sitio, me prometieron cambiar de habitacion pero eso nunca sucedio porque aludieron que el hotel estaba lleno. Tampoco me compensaron con nada El desyuno tampoco estaba a la altura de lo que se paga por la estadia. Falta de cuidado e higiene con los alimentos. En relacion al precio por la estadia, el servicio y la atencion es muy deficiente.

Stayed twice in this hotel within a month with the same room type, this are getting worse. Both times I have to request for towels and slippers since they were not prepared. Ask to keep ice cream for cold storage since the suite only has chiller. Came back next day to get a totally melted ice cream. First stay I had no cups for my coffee, second stay I had no water heater. Came to realize that some staff were great and some were not. I’ll definitely stay away from this property.

Staff were extremely awesome. Property was quite old. My room was not totally prepared when I got in. Floor was still wet, no towels, no utensils for my kitchenette. Cups were not available for my coffee.
