Escaleras muy peligrosa, sábanas sucias y manchadas, sin baño, alfombra rota y sucias colchon en piso sin luz en escaleras lugar terrible, debería darles vergüenza rentar esa mugre de habitación

Passez séjour d'une nuit. La chambre se trouvait dans une mezzanine au dernier étage qui servait avant je pense de grenier. La salle de bain était commune donc peu d'intimité. La propreté n'était pas au rendez vous. (Oreiller jaune cacher par une housse de coussin, brûlure de cigarette sur la couette..) Certains détails ne sont pas précisé dans l'annonce au sujet de la chambre. Les photos ne rendaient pas du tout pareil qu'en réalité. Pour une nuit cela reste tout de même acceptable donc je mets une note de 3 sur 5.

Tiene el baño compartido, es el último piso y el baño se anunciaba como privado, no hubo agua caliente en la ducha durante toda la estancia

Good, prompt communication with the host by mail and phone. He is not present so that the guest enters the house using a code number which works well. On my floor, two rooms share one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.

Nice place. Only disadvantage is that the bathroom is no longer directly connected to the room after they have done some works on it. So if you want to shower or go to the toilet, you need to leave your room and go down the hall to the adjacent bathroom. Not an improvement if you ask me. I've stayed here about two-three years ago and with direct bathroom connection it is much more comfortable.

The room we got was not in the pictures, it was in the attic where we could only stand upright in the middle, and there was a really narrow staircase with a sharp turn that was very difficult to get up with our luggage. The stairs to get up there was not much better and the railing felt fragile, so it was a bit scarry to carry up our 20-something kg suitcases all the way to the top! The room was not as nice at the others, it was very worn and old. It was also very warm when the temperature was over 30 degrees during the day, and we only had a noisy fan to cool us down when we were going to sleep. There were SHARED bathrooms, which I could not see anywhere from the description of the place! At least they provided bathrobes. The bathrooms were of low standards, and one could not be locked, while the two others had weird or broken locks. In the closest bathroom we could not get warm water in the shower... We got some coffee capsules to use in the coffee maker, but it was not easy to get it working, and the kitchen had a lot of cupboards, but few utensils and we had to search a lot to find the things we needed. Over all we had thought it would be better for that price. If we had known all the limitations in advance (and that we were going to be put in the attic) and had paid a lower price it might had been ok, but we were very disappointed given the descriptions, the pictures and the price we paid.

...make it clear that my room is an attic! 1. Had to call the owner for access to the building. My check in email with the info didn't arrive until 19h15! 2. There were 85 steps up to the room, including the final set that was steep, narrow, and turned 90 degrees. Not easy for luggage! 3. None of the room photos was of the "attic hideaway". A person can only stand in the centre of the roughly 20' x 10' room (including the stair hatch). I don't object to renting an attic with torn carpet and a foam mattress on the floor if I know that's what I'm getting! 4. Mould on the bathroom tiles. 5. No TV in the room. No TV in the common area.

A nice area with a walkable distance to the city centre

If you want to get off the tourist grid and mix it up with the locals, this place is for you. If you have any health issues with stairs, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Property is only 30-40 minute walk from the centre of Brussels which is a beautiful walk when the weather is nice The area is extremely peaceful with very little noise The rooms have a lot of space and have everything you need to stay and cook. The host is very friendly and can speak very good English, area around feels very safe even after midnight Would stay again

The pictures on the website did not match with the reality. The room was on the attic. Shower very small. The shower experience was terrible. I will never book here again.

Heel slecht geslapen door de kartonnen muren (heel gehorig oud herenhuis met piepende deuren ook) en ook was het te doen op een harde matras op bamboo. Ook mag het gebouw eens worden opgefrist want op verschillende plekken waren plamuursel en scheuren/barsten te zien. Ten laatste was er geen eigen badkamer, maar moesten we deze delen met 2 andere kamers. Spijtig van de bijna 90 euro!!

Awesome place

Nos equivocamos con el vuelo de vuelta y estábamos yendo a Luxemburgo, Patrick entendió nuestro equívoco y pudimos llegar a Bruselas, recoger nuestras cosas y salir más tarde de la hora de salida programada, ha sido muy amable y ha entendido la situación. Muchas gracias

Customer service was great, however it has shared bathroom with another 2 rooms. and I was advised I would have private bathroom. Also is real hard to acces to the room, is on a third floor and stairs are so small and dangerous, we had baggage so it was so hard to access even tho we are young and fit.
