Chambre nickel et spacieuse, lit tres confortable, mobilier neuf et super attentions a l'arrivee, Nespresso, fer a repasser de competition, seche cheveux, et bons produits de soin. l'hotel est super bien situe avec un acces direct au parking. tres joli rooftop bar. Le top est le petit dejeuner avec des options sans gluten et fromages vegan. le personnel est super aimable et serviable. j'y retournai les yeux fermes en famille.

Nice and comfortable, room.clean, bed comfortable Although there are limitless bottled water for the conference event, there were not a single bottled water in the room for the entire 4 nights. Not sure if it was intentional or is the tap water safe to drink, I just go to the Carrefour express near by for my drinking waters. Some how housekeeping refilled the coffee pods i use up, but not the tea bags or hot chocolate mix Other than that, this is a good stay

Aucune demande de changer les serviettes, elles ont été changées tous les jours, il en manquait une le dernier jour. un roulot de papier WC retrouvé par terre dans la chambre. manque un joint sur la vitre de la baignoire, du coup les douches inondent la sdb. la baignoire et le lavabo ne sont jamais lavés.

God modtagelse i receptionen. Seng, puder og dyner er yderst dårlige. I gulvet ved badeværelset er der et gult neon lys som ikke kan slukkes, fedt når man skal sove - værst er dog at trykket i bruseren er så lavt at det næsten var umuligt at vaske shampoo ud!

Over het algemeen wel een goede ervaring, nette kamers en stil. Maar qua service en staat van de accomodatie laat de Radisson Hasselt toch wat te wensen over. We vroegen specifiek 2 kamers met aparte bedden, kregen 2 kamers met dubbel bed. Vervolgens van kamer kunnen wisselen, echter werkte in 1 kamer de elektriciteit niet. Dus terug moeten verhuizen naar de initiële kamer. Daar 's avonds laat de onaangename ontdekking gedaan dat er eigenlijk een gigantische bloedvlek op onze matras zat onder de lakens. Bij melding aan de receptie kregen we niet eens een verontschuldiging voor het ongemak. Het "werd genoteerd"... jammer.

Mooi hotel, lekker ontbijt alleen jammer dat niet iedereen de nederlandse taal machtig is. We vroegen info aan iemand van de rooftopbar en die verstond ons niet. Heel jammer dat je als Vlaming in een Vlaamse provincie niet in het Nederlands kan geholpen worden.
