Great location!

1. Équipements manquants Nous avons remarqué dès notre arrivée qu'il manquait une couverture pour l'un des lits. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour joindre l'entreprise, aucun effort n'a été fait pour résoudre ce problème, nous obligeant à acheter des plaids nous-mêmes. 2. Cuisine inutilisable L'appartement était censé être équipé pour nous permettre de cuisiner, mais il n'y avait ni micro-ondes, ni casseroles. Avec seulement une mini-poêle et un ensemble incomplet de couverts pour 6 personnes, la cuisine était pratiquement inutilisable. 3. Hygiène déplorable L'état de propreté de l'appartement laissait beaucoup à désirer. Les murs étaient visiblement sales, ce qui remet en question le niveau d'hygiène général. 4. Sécurité et vie privée non respectées Le samedi, deux inconnus ont été trouvés assis dans notre salon, prétendant être là pour des travaux électriques. Nous n'avons reçu aucune notification à ce sujet. De plus, la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est toujours ouverte, ce qui pose de sérieux problèmes de sécurité. 5. Service client inacceptable Après avoir réussi à contacter le propriétaire, sa réponse a été tout sauf professionnelle. Nous avons été insultés et ignorés. Je ne peux absolument pas recommander cet hébergement. Si vous cherchez un séjour paisible et confortable à Liège, passez votre chemin.

The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room

Un des pires endroits ou nous sommes restes. Extrêmement sale, limite insalubre, rien ne marche. Une odeur pestilentielle dans la douche. Une multitude d'insectes écrasés sur les murs. Une horreur.

The apartment looked good at first but reality set in very fast. The elevator was not working and we had 60 steep steps to climb with our very large luggages, which was difficult and dangerous especially since my spouse is disabled and not supposed to take stairs. It got fixed 4-5 days after we arrived and complained about it. The dishwasher and machine machine weren't working, the pans had no handle and there was no extra trash bags, no dish soap, no change of bedding. The TV was missing. The place was dirty. My kids feet were BLACK after a few hours. The microwave handle was sticky. Lots of differed maintenance and broken items. No lock on the toilet door, and one bedroom door wouldn't close in addition to being very stinky. Otherwise it's a large place with good location for downtown shopping, train and bus access, but lots of street noise.

We werden omgeboekt naar ander appartement (ze noemden het een upgrade) appartement Cathedrale gekregen. Was te smerig voor woorden. Beschimmelde douchekop, stank uit afvoer niet te harden. Afwasmachine incompleet. Poepresten op dekbed Na klacht kregen we 15% korting op volgende boeking aangeboden. ongelooflijk nooit meer.

Immeuble vieillissant. Propreté à revoir et nuisances sonores

+ prima flats, netjes, goede regelingen met deurcodes, geweldige locatie, compleet. - onnodig veel e-mailverkeer tevoren. Voor flat voor 4 personen enkel een tweepersoonsbank in woonkamer, rest moet op eetkamerstoelen zitten? Geen slot op wc. Enkele Franstalige zenders op tv, m geen Nederlandstalige, Duits of Engels.

Svært lige og tjekke ind da det foregår via tlf opkald og mail at få dørkoder. Rigtig lækker lejlighed midt i Liege.

Appartement très bien situé, un peu bruyant le matin, confortable, très lumineux. Terrasse plein sud, dommage que le mobilier soit cassé. Des taches sur le canapé. TV avec NETFLIX et wifi.

Studio très agréable, vaste et lumineux, en plein centre ville. Légèrement bruyant. Pas d'accueil sur place. Juste des codes envoyés par internet. Service clients facilement joignable et efficace.

This is a massive apartment. The lounge is about 6m x 6m and all it has in it is a TV and a double sofa bed. Excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable table & seating for 6. Only down side is the beds - 2 double beds (1 in each bedroom) and the double sofa bed (the only sofa in the place) - we are a family of 5 so 2 of our teenagers had to share a double bed - such a shame given the massive space available. We often stay in places marketed as for more people to get the space. If this place was mine I'd add another table in the kitchen (there's plenty of room for one) and 2 more sofa beds and you could market this place as sleeping 10, making it very comfortable for 6 or 7.

Ce fut idéal pour un weekend familial, situé en plein centre sans que le bruit soit gênant. La place du marché a un charme fou avec ses terrasses accueillantes. Sns oublier l'accueil des liégeois...toujours chaleureux!

Appartement lumineux, contemporain et confortable. Beaux volumes. Bien équipé. Petit bémol suite à des nuisances sonores dues au quartier: très bruyant cette nuit là à cause de bagarres dans les rues provoquant un sentiment d'insécurité.Impossibilité de sstationner gratuitement (parking payant proche )

Bei unserer Ankuft hatten wir den Zugangscode der Wohnung nicht und die Zusendung über SMS hat in Belgien nicht funktioniert. Das Personal hat uns sehr geduldig über das Telefon begleitet, Verständigungsschwierigkeiten locker überspielt. Alles bestens!

Super fin og stor lejlighed som havde alle nødvendige faciliteter. Funktionel dog ikke så hyggelig hvis man værdsætter billeder på væggen og mange lamper... Ligger meget centralt i byen med supermarked 50 meter væk. Hyggelig handelsstrøg nedenfor lejligheden

My stay at Smartflats Opera was very comfortable. Definitely one of the better ones that I've been to in Liege. Very modern and clean apartment. The soundproofing could use some work as the area is very central. When neighbours are noisy or loud revelers are outside it can be difficult to sleep.

入口の暗証番号が事前に知らされていたものと違っていて、中に入れずとても焦った。他の宿泊者に助けてもらえたからよかったものの、、、。ちょっと信じられない体験。wifiのパスコードも案の定違っていて繋がらず。リピートは絶対ないです。
