Good common area, good location, good staffs

飯店本身很美麗，房間也很舒適， 雖然在外面的冷空氣令人受不了， 但房間內的暖氣足夠讓人感受不到寒意, 還有游泳池及三溫暖室可使用， 早餐的樣式雖不是非常多樣化， 但基本樣式也足夠了， 共用區提供小點心、茶跟咖啡包可隨時自行取用， 櫃台的服務人員也很和善， 到了這個不算先進的小鎮， 能住在這飯店是種幸福。

Seems to be the best hotel in the town centre. Staff sre friendly and helpful.

It is a very bad experience to stay in this hotel. We booked two rooms on 26 Dec 2018, for one night in this hotel. After we check-in for our room in the afternoon, we went for a half day tour to the salt flat. There was a very bad thunderstorm in town in the afternoon. When we finished the tour and back to the hotel at around 8pm at night, we were told that due to the severe weather, all electricity was gone. Even worse was that one of the room we booked had a water leakage problem due to the heavy rain. The hotel receptionist offered us another room, which was a cheaper room type than the one we booked. We told the receptionist his offer was a total downgrade as we paid the money for a better option when we booked the room. So, we did not accept the offer. Hearing about this, he told us to leave and find another room in other hotels as he believed there were still plenty of rooms available in the town. What kind of service is that? Is it a proper way to treat your customer? We still stayed in the same room with the water leakage problem for that night, fortunately the leakage problem did not affect us seriously during our sleeping time. But the altitude of your staff towards us had badly hurt us.

虽然照片拍的有点豪华，但实际也不差，该有的都有，我还是喜欢的，就是价格有点小贵了

酒店位置靠近uyuni市中心，步行約10分鐘內算方便。價錢雖然在uyuni比較貴，但亦算是uyuni這城市中較為舒適的酒店！我住的是雙人房，房間空間大以及整潔，但淋浴的空間小。滿意酒店職員服務，早餐不錯！

The best hotel in uyuni !!!!

这家酒店设施非常不错，有一个小型的泡池，还有一个桑拿房，提供的早点也很丰盛，在乌尤尼应该是比较好的，当然价格也是比较高的。所处的地理位置离中心区稍微有点远，如果拖着笨重的行李箱，可能有点麻烦。

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that they remembered all my needs and made them happened. They supplied hot water, coffee, and tea 24/7, which was essential in the cold weather.

Uyuni夜間很冷，但房間暖氣很暖毫不用擔心，飯店人員服務親切，餐廳的餐點好吃，美中不足的是第二天早上天花板的露水會滴下來...

Lugar muy limpio y acogedor

This hotel is a real gem in Uyuni. The rooms are nice, the building itself is beautiful and there are plenty of amenities like a small indoor pool and a sauna. The onsite restaurant is also very good. Breakfast was included with our stay and we had dinner there one evening as well. The staff was very helpful with any requests we had and we were able to store our luggage there while we went on our tour of the salt flats after checking out. Definitely recommend!

O hotel eh bem bacana, o restaurante eh impecável, café da manhã ótimo, equipe super atenciosa, agora os quartos não possuem janelas isso pra mim incomoda mas regra geral Td perfeito.
