Hotels.com verified review
They had no record of my booking and made me pay again. Reception could not check to see if the booking had been made. Other staff, in bar and restaurant, were very good. Food was disappointing - old fat and half fried chips. Not somewhere I would stay again. Shower stall was missing a panel.
