Super fint ophold. Værelset og pool området trænger til at blive sat i stand, så de matcher det der er på billerne. Man skulle selv bede dem om at ligge hynder og håndklæder ud til poolen, det ville være ekstra lækkert at det bare lå der når man kom ned om morgen/ formiddagen.

I got a very warm comfortable stay. The pool area was not working because it was under renovation otherwise everything was great.

Very nice hotel and beautiful rooms and furniture. Very clean . Very p ok it’s staff.

We had a really nice room; it was spacious, comfortable and witha good bathroom, including separate shower and bathtub. The decor is lovely and has a bit of an old colonial feel. However, this hotel has definitely seen better days. It could do with a bit of maintenance and modernisation to give it a new lease of life. The pool was terrible - very small, dirty and just not a great corner of the hotel plot. The breakfast was nice, but you hvaeto cross the carpark to go to the bar/restaurant... not a major hardship but not pleasant when it is raining. This was a short one-night stop for us as part of a bigger journey, so the hotel served it's purpose.

It's an excellent place. Very nice welcome at the desk. Flexible with check-out.Good breakfast in the nearby news Café. A bit away from the main street. Good neighbourhood.

The property needs some updates with the bathrooms and walls.

Big up to the staff for great service and friendliness. The front desk forgot to pick me up from airport but covered the taxi fare when I got to the hotel. They didn’t have to do that and I appreciate it. I will recommend this place.

Lovely staff, efficient check in and check out and nice sized room. Unfortunately a previous guest had been smoking in the room though and it was a bit smelly.

Some TV channels had no sound. Ask for it to be sorted, but this would only be rectified once we checked out.

The hotel is comfortable and clean - it can get a bit noise from time to time with other guests and the restaurant downstairs - but overall very nice.

The property was not able to find my booking when I arrived at the check-in desk, at approximately 6pm. The property initially wanted me to rebook using their systems and pay again. It's the second time this has happened to me at this particular hotel. After many hours my booking was "found".

It was very good - we will stay there again - Good that there is restaurants right across the way from the hotel

The decor is superb

My stay in this property was very pleasant, and wonderful and welcoming staff at the reception. i would highly recommend to those who want to be within centre Gaborone.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Not the best location - not much within walking distance. Restaurant was subpar
