Hotel é maravilhoso , poderia avaliar como 5 estrelas se nao fosse o péssimo atendimento na recepçao. Deixando claro que fui super bem atendido , porém falta funcionários, ficam perdidos pois falta gente para auxiliar.

Th carpet has not been vacuum, they actually change my room at check in, and the other room had not been vacuum neither.

Property was out of electricity for over 12 hours from Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday morning at 6 am. Management were not friendly at all and they never say sorry about such failure. I will never book this hotel again.

Limpeza e conforto excelentes!

Fui muito bem recebida, o hotel é muito bom, bem localizado e o pessoal muito receptivo e gentil, especialmente o Anderson.

Estadia foi boa, mas o hotel está precisando ser renovado. Ar condicionado não funcionou e direto para cama .

Hotel bom. Recepção simples. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto limpo e amplo para 01 casal em viagem de negócios. A academia era simples e pequena, mas moderna. Funcionários simpáticos. Indico e voltaria, se necessário regresso a região de Alphaville.

The only thing worth mentioning is the personnel: they were amazing! The hotel is badly maintained, carpet in the hallway is really dirty. Linen used is of cheap quality.

A estadia foi muito agradável e confortável. Os funcionários do hotel foram bastante cordiais e gentis. A estrutura é boa, Fora isso, o quarto estava limpo e aconchegante.

No geral foi ótimo, tem uma luz azul no painel da cama que a noite incomoda, dia dia nem percebe mas a noite ela fica forte e faltou um aquecedor, de dia o quarto que estava não pega sol e de noite ele fica mais frio que na rua.

Gostei da variedade de comida tanto no Hotel como no complexo ao lado, o que permite que o hóspede não precise se deslocar caso não queira pq tem várias opções ao redor. A cama muito confortável e os funcionários muito atenciosos.

Muito bom com excessão do atendimento no café da manhã, não pude acrescentar cebola no meu omelete, por que só podia até 3 itens a maior definição de miséria pouca é bobagem! 5 gramas de cebola não deixaria o hotel que cobra diárias de quase mil mais pobre… direção precisa rever o seus conceitos!

Internet service is not good… weak signal and slow and the tv in the room is very old…

Muito confortável e bem localizado.

My stay was amazing as always. That's why keep coming back. Unfortunately, when I was living a minor mistake done at the time to assign my car to the room became a hassle. The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. To what he replied it was not enough. I had to be tough an reply, after several kindly tentative, that I wanted my car. I had paid for them to park it. It was not my fault the incompetence. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him. It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave. Please be attentive to people serving your audience. He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was. Anyway, i need to say this is quite the opposite behaviour i found before. For now i will take it as one off. Just wish it does not happen anymore. He could easily ask the checking manager the information he needed , without creating a mess. On the opposite direction. I had an amazing interaction with people at the coffee break dining. The woman helping with the omelette was extremely efficient and generous
