Cheguei quarta feira, sai hoje sexta e não teve serviço de limpeza do quarto. Na quinta a tarde fui na recepção solicitar o serviço, me informaram que seria feito até as 17 horas, cheguei às 19:30 e não limparam nada

Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Yhtä lukuunottamatta kaikki puhuivat sujuvasti englantia, joka sillä alueella Brasiliaa oli erittäin harvinaista.
Silloin, kun siivooja suostui, tai ehti tulemaan, siivous oli hyvä, mutta vaikka yritimme järjestellä poissaoloaikamme, hänen käyntinsä eivät tahtoneet onnistua?? Hänen ollessaan käytävällä, ja ilmoittaessamme, että poistumme, palattuamme jonkin kerran hän ei ollut siivonnut huonettamme.
