Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht größtenteils englisch. Ich konnte mein Gepäck zwischen meinen beiden Aufenthalten, als ich meine Amazonas Tour machte, dort lagern und auch nach dem zweiten Aufenthalt, als mein Flug erst abends ging. Als ich es abholte durfte ich auch noch im Poolbereich duschen und habe dafür ein Handtuch bekommen.
Das Frühstück bot auch für Veganer und Glutenfreie Personen Auswahl.
Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, das würde ich nicht empfehlen. Für mich war es zu laut, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt.
Für meine zweite Nacht hatte ich deshalb nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt, was anstandslos geklappt hat. Dort hatte ich eine Nacht mit sehr gutem Schlaf.

Pool war ok, gut zur Erfrischung nach Stadttouren - rundes Becken mit brusttiefen Wasser. Zimmerreinigung muss man bestellen, dann aber Topp. Gutes, landestypisches Frühstücksbufett mit viel Obst, div Kuchen etc. Leider kein Naturyoghurt, nur gesüsster Fruchtyoghurt.

O hotel é bom, mas precisa de reparos urgentes nos elevadores (um está sem uso há bastante tempo), nos armários dos apartamentos (que estão muito danificados) e na academia (está realmente precisando de melhorias urgentes. A equipe é ótima, o hotel é limpo e o café da manhã é muito gostoso. Bom custo/beneficio.
