Café da manhã muito bom. Localização muito boa. Único problema é ter apenas 1 guichê preferencial. Quando o guichê preferencial está ocupado, os demais deveriam ir intercalando entre um atendimento normal e um atendimento preferencial.

O problema maior foi com o próprio app dos hotéis.com. Qdo vc aluga no app, aparece como se o café da manhã estivesse incluído, porém ele não está. Inclusive hj novamente acesso o app e qdo do anúncio aparece como café da manhã incluso , mas ele não está. No mais hotel bom e praticamente do lado do aeroporto.

Pontos positivos: localização ao lado de Congonhas, basta atravessar a passarela, vedação das janelas boa, quase não se escuta os aviões. Limpeza e café da manhã. Ponto negativo: check-in demasiadamente lento, mandam link pra preencher cadastro previamente mas isso não te dará nenhuma vantagem na fila.

Air Conditioning didn't work properly. It didn't reach the temperatura setting and the room was too hot, particularly at night. Only two towels, poor quality. Not clear curtains, only dark ones, not enough hungers...lunch was poor, dirty dishes, dirty cups and glasses...poor security. Anybody can take the elevator to ahve acces to the rooms...

Hotel room for 3 with a double bed and single bed offers a sofa bed that only fits a small child. There are no side beds and the outlets are not well placed and not bough for 3 people. There is no interphone and guests can communicate with front desk if you come from the airport through the bridge, there is not a ramp to help people with disabilities or do roll the luggages. The all you can eat breakfast is very good with delicious and a variety of food and fruits.
