Local confortável em edifício com serviços de café da manhã e estacionamento, situado a duas quadras da Igreja de Boa Viagem.
Praia de Boa Viagem, Supermercado e vasto número de restaurantes próximos.
Faltou roupa de cama para o Sofá Cama, porém tirando isso tudo estava no seu lugar e em bom estado de limpeza e conservação.
Portaria gentil em fornecer informações e a TAG do estacionamento.

A estrutura é impecável, apartamento grande, bem dividido, extremamente limpo e confortável.
Só a comunicação que deixou a desejar Pois não é um hotel, é um flat. O nome divulgado não é o mesmo do prédio, o estacionamento não é gratuito e o check in só é realizado via whatsapp e bem demorado.

Terrible place and service/ waste of money
1- First of all we reserved 3 family suites (2 bedrooms each and a pull out couch) got only one with 2 bedrooms and the other two apartments had only one bedroom. Crammed/no space/ uncomfortable. They said they don’t have 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms but that is what I paid for it.
2- Linen in terrible shape. Sheets dirty and no one to change. We were instructed to go to an empty apartment and take the sheets off a bed to use on ours. It was also not clean. Had stains etc.
3 - Old apartment/ moldy smell
4- In one of the apartments the toilet was leaking when we showered
5- 1 star and not worth it the money.
6 - Placemats for breakfast was honestly very gross with multiple stains underneath.
7- Outdated/ needs repair. Shower doors did not close/ toilet doesn’t flush well
NEVER COMING BACK. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.

The sheets were a little dirty when I arrived, we asked for an additional towel and an additional fee would be charged and the request was only made via WhatsApp and they didn't respond right away, so the service wasn't good

Le résidentiel Roomo Hotel c'est une excellente option d'hébergement . Il à été renouvelé, le bâtiment est fonctionnel ainsi comme les appartements proposées.
C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient, du coup on peut parler que la première fois, il était plus propre dans les parties communes. Et par rapports au équipement des chambre-appartements, même si c'est bien fonctionnel, mérite une maintenance pour pouvoir proposer une expérience plus confortable et agréable.
Ainsi comme les fenêtrés, qui n'ouvrent pas, (ou si peu) on est privés de l'air frais du soir, et obligés d'utiliser la climatisation pendant tout les temps dans l’appartement. On comprend qui c'est une question de sécurité, mais il faut trouver une solution qui soit bonne pour tous les parties.
En plus, les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolés, pour les gens qui veulent et qu'on besoin de repos, c'est perdu d'avance.

De forma geral foi bem razoável, podendo melhorar nas manutenções de forma, assim como chuveiro, ducha higiênica e as portas que não param abertas além disso é sugeria colocar um filme um pouco melhor e mais escuro ou trocar o tipo de blackout da curtinha.
