Pontos positivos: excelente localização, cama sensacional, equipe muito atenciosa. Pontos negativos: o café poderia ser melhor, assim como o estacionamento poderia ser mais espaçoso. Mas se vc não vai de carro, é uma excelente opção de hotel.

Muito bom hotel. Localização, Staff excelentes mas cobrar uma garrafa de água de 300 ml R$ 15,00 é exploração.

I came here from Phoenix, AZ and stayed here for a week. It has been an amazing experience. The housekeeping service was punctual and paid great attention to detail. The breakfast had an exceptional selection and taste/quality rivaled any hotel I’ve ever been in. Even the lunch buffet had many options, excellent quality, great tasting, and very reasonable priced. Th front desk staff spoke English, were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is perfectly situated in Savassi and everything you would need is within walking distance to include nice restaurants. The gym is nothing to brag about but I just paid for a one month membership (which was inexpensive) at a gym that was just a 10-12 minute walk down the street. The price I paid was the equivalent that I would pay for a typical hotel in the US but with 4-5 star service and amenities. My only complaint was that the WiFi signal in my room was intermittent but it could have been my room specifically. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belo Horizonte!
