Hotel muito bem cuidado e localizado

Muito agradável. Eu já havia me hospedado outra vez e acho o hotel confortável, limpo, aconchegante e a equipe é bastante atenciosa. Bom custo beneficio.

Some areas were dirty, theres a large splatter 0n the sixth floor Corridor ceiling, no one cleaned it or paint it over

The only downside about this hotel was the mold in our room

Ruim,nao tinha cobertas suficiente, nao tinha sabonete,shampoo e condicionador. Atendimento da Recepção muito fraco,não informa nada com clareza. Café da manha muito fraco e caro. Não vale o preço.

Lugar já foi melhor, carece de treinamento e pouco de manutenção nas áreas comuns. Fiz acionamento da manutenção para ver o chuveiro e demoraram meia hora para verificar. Entretanto, foram cordiais e prestativos quando apareceram. Limpeza do hotel é excelente, café da manhã é bom. Nada a reclamar nesses quesitos. No geral, indico para quem quer ficar no Tatuapé

O café da manhã poderia melhorar para ficar mais condizente com o padrão Meliá.

The room was spacious and well equipped; however, the floor I stayed on had a noticeable musty smell. The bathroom could use some remodeling. It was winter, and I was only provided with a thin blanket in addition to the sheet. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options. The lobby is beautiful and modern.

Room was clean and comfortable, tough the chairs could get a refresh, staff was friendly and courteous, the location is great, close by malls and public transportation (Subway) and safe to walk around during the day. My only complain is with their Wi-Fi, it simply didn't work during my stay. Their IT team was helpful and tried to troubleshoot and showed YouTube from their phones but we know streaming can't really compare with a MS Teams Call, I even switched to another floor where it was working a bit better, but still it was not even close to what would be needed for corporate use. I had to take all my calls audio only and even so, the audio was choppy and breaking, was unsuccessful trying to use camera or sharing screens, so be aware of that if you plan to work during your stay as I did.

Eu gostei muito!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sério, não tenho o que reclamar. É um jovem com pessoas de classe média, ou, classe alta, funcionários OK, um pouco esnobes quando vê que você não tem tanto dinheiro (os da recepção) mas pelo custo benefício? Tudo certo! Café da manhã maravilhoso, amei.

Atendimento maravilhoso, cama super confortável porém poderia ter black out nas janelas e chuveiro de melhor potência.

Hotel bom, bom cafe da manhã, cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, banheiro achei um pouco pequeno, ducha não esquentou muito.

Acho importante os azulejos do box serem bem limpos, estes tem rejunte escuro para não ficar visível a sujeira, mas acaba ficando.

Atendimento humanizado.

Ótima relação custo-benefício.
