Muito bom! Flat novo, bem equipado e limpo. Localizado no centro histórico de Porto Alegre, consegui fazer alguns passeios a pé mesmo, a exemplo do mercado público, praça da alfândega e casa de cultura Mário Quintana. Ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo e voltaria!
