酒店很新，設施雖小但算齊全，提供早餐每日款式不同，入住酒店前有專人款待，送上飲品及水果，亦有介紹酒店環境及推介旅遊行程，當然去吳哥窟當然睇日出，而酒店亦為我們預先準備特別早餐，很貼心。
但最基本[服務] 及[保安] 我個人覺得要認真反思...
1。到達酒店所謂職員很用心去介紹收費行程，作為旅遊者我從不覺得有問題，雖然係貴我亦會願意去消費。結尾談及退房能否廷至中午，因為航班問題，當時很爽快答應並話無問題…但尾二當日竟然講唔好意思呀，要準時退房，酒店無記錄吖等等…感覺被騙
2。有一個露台，但對比其他房間少了櫈及枱…重點是露台玻璃門鎖是壞的，翌日同服務員談及後，當然有派人維修玻璃門，但我房間門口未完全關上(係任何人推門都可以入我房呀)，無錯房有夾萬(好輕，無用螺絲固定)，但係萬一有攞走，我就係咁先
3。第一日房間清潔ok,之後嘅日子剩係同我摺吓被就算，基本嘅廁紙要我提出至有，毛巾當你仲用緊唔攪你(即係唔會更換)， 而沐浴露，洗頭水及支裝水都有限量供應，要問先有
4。房間好應聲。當日就無鎖上房門同一晚上，上個廁所時可以聽到隔離房開門聲（未知是否心理作用），好似凝住有人開我房門
個人感想
晚上沒有街燈，（超黑如冇乜必要唔好落街）， 想食宵夜需要步行8分鐘左右才有餐廳，但路途較多惡犬在路上較為危險。
附近沒有便利店，只有民間士多（入夜亦會關門），入住前如需補給物資，請在日間購物或先在市區預先準備。
交通方面，單程去Pub Street就要用上USD$3…（準標準價）
方便看石頭（因為近小吳哥）

We had scheduled a pick up your 4:30am and we could not take a shower, the water was very cold. They said they will turn it on, we came back 1pm and still the same.
So frustrating they keep saying it will be fixed and never happened.
They moved us to another other and the experience was great.

I recently stayed at a hotel that got a great recommendation from a friend, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning balconies overlooking the pool area.
