Arrivée impeccable, bon acceuil, propreté correcte, ce qui est plutôt rare au Cambodge. Hôtel chinois, tout, y compris la télévision est écrit en chinois. Petit déjeuner à améliorer...

They put me in a room next to the staircase n next to construction side,it was very noisy can't even sleep.when asked to change room,they said because I booked a deluxe room they can't change for me

I had a very small problem arriveng, but that was solved to the best. I was satisfied with my stay. All over, a very plessant stay. I think I was a little bit disepointed when I arrived, it was not the hotel I saw at first on Hotel.com. The big picture there was next door.😃😃😃😃

We loved it here. The breakfast was also very good. Great location to always find transportation easily.

Perfect location with nice rooms. TV had mostly Chinese channels, but we hooked up our Amazon Fire Stick and had all our channels. Beautiful area with amazing view from the rooftop restaurant/pool/bar.

Convenient location near the river, friendly staff and smooth check-in. Spacious and clean room and nice and quiet roof terrace, small pool. Bit annoying that the tv and AC remote were in Chinese only. Breakfast basic but OK.

호텔 시설도 깨끗하고 괜찮은 숙소이다. 단 중국인들이 많아서 약간의 소음은 있다. 중국인이 없을때 간다면 좋은 숙소이다

중국인들이 많았던 점을 빼고는 특별이 나무랄 때가 없이 괜찮습니다. 또한 직원들 친절함이 남다릅니다. 포함된 조식은 그럭저럭입니다.

Rooms smell like smoke and are dirty. For the price, the location is good, but definitely not four stars. Maybe two.

I stayed here 4 years ago when it was called the River Home. There was dodgy plumbing back then and the drainage stunk. I seen they had been renovating earlier this year, so decided to give it another shot. The rooftop bar and pool area is still really good and spacious. The staff are excellent young Khmer, very courteous and professional. However, Hotels.com state this as a new build, which it is not. Its had a make-over, a decent one at that but some of the bathroom fixtures etc are the same as before, old elevators, same pool, bar etc. Breakfast not too good, but worth the money

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room cleaners could have been more attentive, ran out of soap and had to ask to get more after using my own. Shower was a disgrace, I could piss with more power. Sky bar was excellent, great views

친절하고 좋아요 샤워기 물이 쎄면 좋겠어요 모든거에 만족합니다 그리고 옆에 공사를 해서 아침에 좀 일직일어나야합니다 다른거는 다좋아요 앞에 바로 마사지도 받을수있어서 너무좋아요 직원들이 친절합니다
