Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast every morning of my stay. Good swimming pool. Staff at all levels are very friendly and helpful and any minor problems are resolved promptly. Conscientious maid who cleaned my room diligently. Cannot find fault with this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

Nice swimming pool unfortunately the bar opens late. Comfortable bed, the shower like almost all in cambodia is not properly fixed in the wall...but that is in many hotels. Good breakfast, small maintenence for broken pieces will be good.

酒店真的比較老舊，墻壁、地板都有剝落，毛巾和用品都不太乾淨，房間有些味道，早餐一般，不是很豐富。酒店離景區較遠，周圍有很多飯館餐廳，但金邊整體治安很差，讓人感到很不安全。唯一的好處是住的VIP房，房間有按摩椅可以使用。

在乌亚西市场附近，交通便利，如果追求安静的话，周边环境不是很好，有点嘈杂。酒店说帮我们升级了房间，没什么感觉，还以为是升级到高层，结果是二楼，而且双床房变大床房，早餐还ok，不是自助，是点餐。

The front desk staff were very helpful. Lucky, the hotel Tuk-Tuk driver was friendly and dependable. Mr Hong and other staff in the breakfast and pool areas were kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming.

We booked , paid in advance with our credit card but when we got there , the front desk told us there was no such reservation. There were plenty of rooms available, he had to pay twice as much to stay there. We were on the chat line with Super.com for quite sometime, I think they reached out to the hotel but, the manager would not try anything in our favor besides telling us to pay if we must stay there. So we did, price was twice as much as when we booked online. The that was given to us was noisy, we could hear doors closing and opening when in use. The noise from the bathrooms from around us were loud as if they were sharing with us. We were stranded, had no choice. I will never go back there again. Manager was rude and the hotel was rundown. Bugs everywhere in the room and we smelled the insect repellent that they use. Terrible experience, we had to pay for 3 nights but we forfeited 2 nights, we only stayed there one night and found different hotel about a mile from there, we moved to different hotel the next day. We asked if wr can get the Refund of the 2 nights we hadn’t used, just as I thought, you paid you don’t use it, you lose it!!! So, if anyone wants to go there, just be careful!!!
I will not recommend to anyone

This is an amazing hotel really looks beautiful.
But there is a problem that I had you will see cockroaches. And also mosquitoes and also you have spider web all the way in the corner.
I love the hotel it's really beautiful it's really custom to the average traveler.
But the only thing that it really bother me from being a beautiful hotel is that bugs are in the building and bugs shouldn't be allowed especially when you're coming from a different country and having high expectations.
Also the gym looks like the equipment has been burned out with the radiate of the Sun.
When I wanted to go to the sky bar there was nobody there it says from 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 p.m. and I actually went there at 10:00 a.m. and there was nobody in the building.
And at the same time it's very frustrating with the elevator so many people are using one elevator to go up and down.
Sometimes when you press the button for your turn it skips you.

This is an amazing hotel really looks beautiful.
