飯店的員工非常有善和熱情 服務品質也不錯 房間舒適且非常大，床也很舒服 距離夜市和酒吧街大概15分鐘的步行距離（3分鐘嘟嘟車程 步行5分鐘內也可以找到不錯的餐廳

Staffs are all helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful vacation there.

It’s pretty hard to describe how wonderful when I stayed here two nights. When I came into the door, you will see the nice staff with a big smile, the accommodation is so nice, clean, and very big. Everything is so good, but you just only pay some money. Nice experience to share with all of you.

Great service, clean hotel, excellent food. Warm welcome by all the staffs. All the staffs are nice and helpful, including those in the restaurant. Thanks for the free pick up from airport to hotel on the first day. Location is good, near the night markets. Can reach night markets by tuk tuk easily. Hotel reception will help to call a tuk tuk if you need.

Grand Elysee le Resident is such as a wonderful hotel in Cambodia. We had been stayed here for 6 days, the environment is very comfortable, clear and modern style, all of the room have the balcony; location is good, you can walk to pub street with around 20 mins; the facilities is good enough with big swimming pool, restuarant and stable wifi in hotel area; the staff of hote e.g.: manager, receiptionist, waiter, waitress, even cleaner are friendly and helpful, they had giving us a very warm greeting everytime when us back to hotel. We are highly recommended this hotel in Cambodia.

First dishonest hotel in Cambodia. A three star - definitely not a 5 star - staff were pleasant - breakfast is a hard pass. You can do better in Siam Reap.

Negative points: The hotel is far from the city center, so there are few supermarkets and shops nearby. The photos do not match the reality. The pool and other facilities are quite underwhelming. The rooms are simple and not very impressive. There is no auto-lock; the rooms are very basic. Hotel drinks and massages are extremely expensive. Positive points: The internet is fast (Wi-Fi). Breakfast hours are long and free, although the taste is average.

The reviews I read on this hotel were so completely unlike what we found. The rooms and amenities in the rooms are like something from the 1940’s. The staff was very nice and cooperative. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. Pool was ok, nothing special. I would rate this property as maybe a 5 out of 10. Would not return.

夜遅くに到着したにもかかわらず、レストランの食事を部屋まで運んでくれた。スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーでした。 ルームキーがとても難しかった。回して開ける鍵だったが、開いたと思ったら開いてなく、閉めたと思ったら閉めてなく、外から疲れて帰ってからだと、少しイライラした。 あとシャワールームと洗面所の間に扉がないので、水が侵入しないように気を使いながらシャワーを使わなければならなかった。

I had an amazing stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. Everything was spotless, and the pool was a great place to relax. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options. Plus, the location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
