何と言っても圧倒的なコスパが魅力です。1泊4000円以下で55平米の部屋を使えます。IHキッチンはありますが、ありますが、フライパンや鍋はないので自炊する方は事前にホテルにお願いしておいたほうがいいかもしれません。9部屋しかない小さなホテルですが、すぐ近くにまた新しいホテルを建設中です。GoogleMapのストリートビューではデータが古すぎて建物がまだ建っていません。空港からはTukTukで10米ドルです。ホテルから空港は、2-3米ドルでいけます。受付は交代制で24時間いますが、英語がわかるスタッフは限られています。ただ英語ができなくてもスマホで翻訳しながら頑張って理解しようとしてくれるので、好感が持てます。湯船はありませんがバストイレも広く、清潔です。ルームクリーニングも丁寧です。

처음 방에 들어 갔을 때는 너무 깨끗해서 좋았는데, 머무는 3박 4일동안 단 한번도 청소를 안해주네요, 아파트식 호텔이라 주방집기가 준비 되었으리라 믿었는데, 일반 호텔과 같이 커피를 마시기 위한 준비만 되어있고 나머지는 거의 준비가 안되어 있네요, 씻지도 않은 젓가락과 공기 4개가 전부 입니다, 어떻게 음식 준비해서 먹을수 있는지 ? 결국 준비해간 음식 못 먹고 밖에서 사와서 먹는 수밖에 없었네요, 다시 가기는 꺼려지네요 !

The staffs are very friendly. The room was exceptional! The layout is beautiful and spacious. The interior decoration also has classic vibe. The bed is extremely comfy. My favorite would be the clean bathroom. Had a pleasant stay with my family! Highly recommended.

Sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Mädels am Empfang, ein großzügiges, helles, ruhiges & modernes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen! Viele bodentiefe Fenster mit Rollos, gut funktionierender Klima, die den Raum kühlt & einen nicht aus dem Bett bläst. Schönes Badezimmer, saubere Handtücher & Bettwäsche, toller Ausblick vom fünften Stock. Zu den Sightseeing-Spots am Ufer braucht man mit dem Tuk-Tuk bei rush hour schon mal 40 Minuten. Aber selbst die kosten dann nur etwa 2$. Zum Flughafen ca. 20 Minuten bei "normalem" Verkehr mit dem Tuk-Tuk.

The web site is misleading - it says 'duplex' and 'separate living room'. when in fact.both units shown when I booked are 'studios'.
Furniture is bed, couch, coffee table only- no table, chairs, no desk to work [possibly the bigger studio may have more].
Kitchen is only a 2-ring burner with a kettle, two glasses and two plates - no cups, cutlery, storage containers or cooking utensils.
Blackout curtains are in fact, all plastic blinds that let in light.
In Khmer area remote from city center and no sheltered parking.
Reception area shared with fertilizer show room.
However, the 7 storey building is new, very clean and the staff pleasant. The wifi is OK and the bed is great!!

Personnel tout à fait charmant (mais parlant anglais très inégalement) et chambre très vaste, presque un appartement. On peut juste regretter qu'il n'y ait pas le petit déjeuner, vu le prix ; et l'emplacement un peu bruyant (réveillé un matin tôt par des chants dehors), la contrepartie étant qu'on est bien situé pour aller à l'université de Phnom Penh (moins de dix minutes à pieds).
