Nous sommes restes qu’une nuit . Et tout etait parfait , la chambre etait au milieu d’une belle vegetation . La chambre décorée avec gout , nous avons adore prendre notre douche dehors avec le ciel comme plafond. Le personnel tres attentionné, avec le sourire, attentif a tous nos besoins . Un aperitif aux lueurs du brasero avant un tres bon diner ( le moisson vapeur , un vrai delice )nous avions besoin de décompresser et bien nous sommes partis detendus . Je recommande vivement ce lieux unique et insolites a l’ecart de la ville . Nous reviendrons

スタッフのホスピタリティや食事の美味しさは五つ星以上のクオリティである。また、ホテルで過ごす１日で、朝日に始まり満点の星空で１日が終わります。景色の移り変わりも今まで体験したことがありませんでした。市内から離れていて自然の中にあるからこそできる体験でした。

The setting was beautiful, and it was charming to sit outside by the fireplace in the evening. I was hoping that the staff would be more helpful in organizing trips to the temples, which they were not. Yes, they could explicitly book a guide/travel, but it was way overpriced ($110 for a half-day - Lonely Planet indicates $30). They also had no suggestions for how to best organize the visits, which can be daunting with such a grand complex as Angkor. The food was horrible, which, in the end, combined with the remote location, was the worst aspect for us. While we had planned to spend more days relaxing at the resort, we felt that eating there was unacceptable, and with no options nearby (and 40 minutes drive into town), we ended up cancelling our last night and booking a new hotel in town instead.

The food menu was very disappointing especially when The Beige is isolated from town. Staff was warm and friendly however there should be training provided to them, it was mainly the communication, almost all staff were very weak in English. There should be a shuttle bus going to town because The Beige charges very exorbitant price to town, USD $20 per way for 25 mins ride-time. That means it is USD$40 for a return way!. I do love the tents are beautiful and very chic.

Helt utrolig sted med service ute like. Minus for at det er for langt unna det meste å gjøre i Siem Reap. Vi anbefaler derfor et kortere besøk.

We loved everything about The Beige - can’t wait to go back. The spa, the restaurant, the staff, and the rooms were all perfect down to each detail. Bravo!

この評価の項目はBeigeの評価にはそぐわない。なぜなら、ここにはテレビなどの普通のホテルにある設備はなく、決して便利ではなく、サービスの種類が多いわけでもない。しかし世界のどこにもない体験や快適さがたくさんある。像と一緒の朝食や、森の中のプールや、壁のない部屋など！ホテルに泊まるのではなくBeigeを経験するということであり、それを理解できる人に強くお勧めする。

テントなので多少虫は入ってきますが、そこまで気にはなりません。ベッドには蚊帳が付いているので、寝ている最中は安心です。 ベッドの上はエアコンが効いているので、暑い時はここへ避難すれば快適です。 サービスは行き届いており、いろいろなリクエストにも誠実に対応してもらえます。スタッフはみんな子供にも優しく、子連れの方にも安心です。無料のベビーシッターサービスもあります。 アクティビティがとても充実しており、ここでしかできない体験も多いと思います。ほぼ専属で付いてくれたドライバーの方はとても親切で、遺跡にまつわる情報についてもいろいろ教えてくれました。 レストランはハイレベルで、自家製の素材を使ったクメール料理を堪能できます。 ほとんど言うことなしの、とても素晴らしい宿泊施設で、のんびりしたい方、他のホテルではできない経験をしたい方には本当におすすめです。

前泊のホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、そのままベンメリアへのツアーができ、チェックインしました。スタッフは村の人たちと聞き、その謙虚さや聡明さは、マネージャーの谷岡さんや田中さんの数年にわたる教育の賜物とわかった。日本人経営者の方も月1回は来訪されているらしく、どこかしこに行き届いた扇子や配慮を感じた。 食事はクメールとウェスタンと選ぶことができ、部屋でもレストランでも可能、部屋だととてものんびり景色を楽しみながら食べられる。 私たちの部屋はリバーサイドで、ラッキーなことに朝食後に象がやってきた。リーマンさんという象遣いの方がとても上手な日本語で楽しませてくださった。2日間、レクサスでツアーの運転手をしてくれたオオサン、遺跡ピクニックの牛車を操ってくれた方、インターンシップの大学生など、どなたも素晴らしいおもてなしに、ここに泊まって本当に良かったと心から思えるホテルでした。これからますますの発展と成功をお祈りしています。

Fantastic. We've been to more than 40 countries, and this was one of the best places we've stayed. Staff was great, restaurant was great, location - unbelievable.

市街地から離れた山奥にひっそりと佇むホテル。 大きな川の流れる施設内に、受付棟とプール棟、そしてコテージタイプのテントが６つ配されて自然がそのまま残っており、施設スタッフは日本人支配人と日本人スタッフ２名以外の４０名程度の現地スタッフは基本的に隣接する村の住民という、住民と一緒にホテルを作っていくという思想 そのため、英語の喋れないスタッフもおり決して大手のようなプロフェッショナルなサービスではないが素朴なサービスがあり、また大手では採算や効率で切り捨てられるであろう調度品やオペレーションも細部までこだわりが見られる。 部屋にはWifiルーターと携帯電話があり、レセプションと日本人スタッフの両方にいつでも繋がるようになっているためちょっとした事もいつでも相談できて便利 大手の豪華ホテルと比べれば虫対策含めて多少の不便さは残るものの、大自然と便利さ、そしてデザインを見事に調和させた新しいタイプのコンセプトホテルで大手チェーンに飽きてきた人達にはおすすめしたい

This is how you want a holiday! Thank you so much @the Beige for incredible days that last forever! What a welcome we had when arriving at the resort - the whole team was there to wave and to say hello! This overwhelming friendliness we could enjoy everyday, everybody was so kind and helpful, it was just amazing. You really feel like king and queen: it begins with the breakfast, you can choose individual seating inside or outside, in front of the water buffalos oder in villa, meal can also be individual, dinner is great too ( try the Curries) and excursions are top and private ( you MUST do the picnic in a secret part of Angkor Thom)! Nobody else can do this. What beautiful villas they have (only 8!), much of space and an incredible pool overlooking the jungle! Feels like on a Safari, Glamping feeling at its best! + many complimentary things + Design by Escape Nomade + private villas and space + food + stylish black pool + private excursions + friendliness + familiar + water buffalos greeting in the morning + everything

Laut the Beige hat das Hotel erst Ende 2017 geöffnet. Davon merkt man aber gar nichts, das Team ist super eingespielt, wie wenn das Resort schon Jahre offen hätte. Wir hatten tolle, entspannte Tage mit super Service und Exkursionen. Das Team vom Beige ist so nett und zuvorkommend, es war wie in einer Familie. Das macht den Aufenthalt so angenehem und unvergesslich! Vielen vielen Dank! kurze Zusammenfassung: -kostenfreie Abholung vom Flughafen - ca 20 min Fahrzeit zum Resort - Fahrer super nett und erzählt gleich ganz viel von der Umgebung - Wahnsinns Empfang am Resort, das ganze Team stand Spalier und empfing mit einer solchen Freundlichkeit und Begeisterung, ganz große Klasse - schneller Check-in - kleines Resort mit großer Fläche (8 Villen mit viel Abstand und einem großen Pool, ein Haupthaus) - individuelle Begleitung zur Villa - super Einführung in Resort, Villa, Pool und Exkursionen - tolles Frühstück draußen oder drinnen, wo immer man will, in der Villa oder auf dem Gelände vor den grasenden Wasserbüffeln - toller Pool (rooftop) mit Blick über Dschungel (wow!) - gutes Abendessen (v.a. Curry) - verschiedene Dinnermöglichkeiten (zb Grillen) - einfallsreiche Exkursionen (empfehle privates Picknick am späten Nachmittag in den Ruinen von Angkor Thom, in abgelegem Teil!) - complementary Service zu anderen Hotels möglich Alles in allem ein unvergleichlicher Aufenthalt, es flossen Tränen beim Abschied auf allen Seiten! Wir müssen wieder kommen!

Great hotel. It’s outside of town so its really quiet. You are literally in the jungle. Hemingway would have loved it. The food was great. Service outstanding. I would highly recommend this if you want to get away from it all. Also they have the connection for a local tour guide who is awesome.

더할 나위 없이 깔끔한 호텔에서 안락한 시간을 보냈습니다. 패널을 올리면 불어오는 신선한 바람과 아침을 깨워주는 풀벌레 소리와 함께 도심을 벗어난 자연에서의 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 화장실과 샤워실도 관리가 매우 잘되고 있어 편하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 수영장에서 바라보는 석양은 장관이였으며, 작은 것 하나하나 신경써주는 직원들의 따뜻함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 캄보디아에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.
