We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again.

clean room and all the kitchen stuff required. tv remotes didn't work though. but had Google boxes.

Asked for housekeeping but only received it one out of three days. No ice in freezer upon arrival; had to make our own cubes and wait. Good-sized rooms; good bed. Would have liked a wand in the shower

They never charged my card and said It was declined while money was still in my account as well as a second card on file. Said we couldn't stay there with no help what so ever. Was left stranded down town edmonton at 1:30am. Not impressed. No email nothing.

Great rooms for large groups basically an apartment and a grocery store right next door.

Always love this property. Very quiet. But room was very hot when I got there - which I was able to fix by opening the patio door and window in bedroom. I’m sure it was because I got a very early check-in. Staff are always so great and were able to accommodate my early checkin

Kitchen was fully equipped except no dish clothes, which I found weird, but everything else was great. We love this hotel. It’s great for our 2 kids. The road noise can be a little loud but that can’t be helped. The woman behind the desk was busy when we arrived so I had to stand outside for awhile until she was done because they lock the main doors on weekends which was annoying but can’t be helped due to only one staff member on. The parkade is VERY small. Trucks don’t really work in it and is $20 to park in which I don’t think was advertised before hand.

Hotel isn’t in the best location but feels very safe. Older but very clean. Comfy king beds. Location was a couple min walk to cactus club for dinner and Ricky’s for breakfast in the morning

This is basically a place to stay, not a hotel. Hotels.com is not up to date with the amnesties this suite has. It was good overall just don’t expect them to have airport shuttle or hot tub or dry cleaning. It’s almost a high quality apartment. The location is good though.

Loved the room, the staff were super friendly, and location was great for what we needed. The secure parking is a challenging - not for big cars. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Edmonton for a weekend mini family vacay. We were happy with our 2 bedroom suite. Beds were fantastic. Loved the sliding patio doors and opening windows. Suite was spacious and we were very happy to come back to a large suite rather than the classic small 2 bed hotel room. Some room for improvement in the cleaning but I seem to notice everything. All in all we had a fantastic stay and have already recommended Canterra Suites to friends and family who’d want to tour West Ed Mall, Oilers Game and all the other fun family things in Edmonton. Underground parking was a huge bonus considering the location is right downtown Edmonton. Area was nice with a grocery store and every store you may need during your stay right there. We loved the suite and will be back!

We were on the front side, and found it quite noisy. The room was also quite warm. The air conditioner in the living room area worked great, but the bed did not seem to cool down even though we had the air conditioner on high
