The room was spotless and the maids were exceptional when checking in the next morning durring our two night stay. We made love all night and slept all day with no peeping John's wandering the halls, I personally give it a triple X adventure.

This was my first stay at the hotel and I will be coming back in the future. The hotel was clean, staff were great and I will definitely be staying her again in future.

Older property, as clean and up to date as one would expect. Very quiet, comfy beds and nice front desk staff. The right price and location for us.

We had a lovely stay at Chateau Nova. She's a little older but well taken care of. From the moment we stepped in the property smelled amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay here again next time we are in Edmonton

The property is run down. The cleaning is to occur every three days. There was no exchange of towels and certainly no vacuuming. There was a wad of crusty tissue in the bed side table drawer. The two gentlemen at the front desk the next morning could not be bothered to deal with the issue and told me to come back when the manager was in. The afternoon lady on the front desk offered a new room, I declined and she said a deep clean would be done the next day. The gym is lacking and half the equipment is out of order. Having stayed many years ago, I recalled a very nice and clean property. It is now showing its age.

The hotel is nice. Bottled water would have been nice touch. Staff were great. Good restaurant.

Beds are very uncomfy, walls had the look of 30 year white walls in a smokers house, toilet didnt flush upon arrival, and despite falling asleep to a fan everynight the ac is incredibly loud. First night other guests partied until past 1 which is just frustrating, spend the extra 10 bucks a night and stay somewhere else.

This place should be called Chateau Vetus not Nova. We booked the "Executive Room", which was more like a room in a homeless shelter. The air conditioner didn't work in one room (the temperature was 80F), the cook top was smashed, the cutlery in the kitchen consisted of one knife and two spoons, one of which looked like it was used for heating crack. The microwave had about 2 years of grease and lint on it. For a non-smoking room it stunk of smoke and now all my clothes do too. The shower curtain was torn, there was someone else's hair in the shower and the shampoo they supply is like Pine-Sol. The bed sheet cover, while appearing sort of clean, was full of holes. The pillows were like bricks. Yeah we're out of here tomorrow, and take my advice don't even considering staying here.

Honestly the front staff, the security are all just amazing people. They are so friendly and so kind. I stay in edmonton a lot and this is my option b hotel only because of the distance. But even the hotel I frequently stay at doesn’t come close to the service. Amazing people thank you

Customers, be warned. This hotel is very rundown. In need of some serious upgrades. Cleanliness was half decent, but definitely could’ve paid more attention to keeping certain things cleaned. For one instance, the towel holder in the bathroom, I’m pretty sure had a splatter of blood on it that nobody noticed. The bathroom was very outdated, super spacious, but it was very bare. The bedding, the blanket/duvet thing that they had on the bed was super thin and had holes in it and a few stains. The pillows are very hard, and the bed was very lumpy and some spots. The carpets looked very dingy. The door that connects the conjoining room was paper thin. You can hear the other people on the other side of the wall in the other hotel room have a complete conversation. And the floors and the ceiling were paper thin. We slept on the third floor and right above us, somebody kept stomping and clashing around. Almost sound like they were having a party up there so I had to make a complaint twice. So finally around 12 AM that calm down. Which is so unfortunate because me and my kids have to be up at 4 AM. And of course, the floors were very thin, so you also had to pay attention to how you’re walking around so that you’re not stomping because if you do then the people underneath you will definitely hear you. Overall, this place was a dump, the noise level was extremely ridiculous. I plan on never staying at this place again.

Clean and open room. Worked great for me and the kids for a few days.

Very clean and well kept…but having arrived in the city shortly after 9pm, I still needed dinner and was informed the restaurant & lounge were closed. The front desk staff didn’t offer any helpful alternatives, so I door dashed food. However, since my room was in the annex building, it was difficult for the delivery person to find me.
