View of the lake was excellent from our lake front room. Room was modern and very comfortable. Parking was convenient and included in the room price. The addition of the floating dock lounge area was excellent. Our only complaint was that there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact I paid $400.00 for a water view and 10th floor.
When my son and girlfriend checked in they were put on the third floor with parking lot view.
I booked the room and didn’t tell them about which floor or room prior.
So needless to say I was disappointed to hear about this lower vibe room the next day from them. False false false.
It be nice to have a comp. for a next visit.

For such a nice & newly renovated hotel, the mattresses are too firm. I woke up both mornings with sore, stiff hips. One nights sleep in my own bed & my hips felt great again!

Booked this on expedia paying more than others to get a view, include breakfast and available restaurant. On arrival we were advised the the restaurant was being renovated and is closed, and no breakfast. The room had a view ofthe street, not the lake.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. It’s also very dog-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us—our pup felt just as welcome as we did. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming experience—we would definitely stay here again!

They claimed “full service”. There are absolutely NO amenities. Restaurant, pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room… NOTHING. Even though we prepaid the room on Expedia, they charged my credit card for the room a second time. They would not refund my second charge until while left standing at the desk, they sent someone to the room to see if I stole anything (after freezing an unreasonable $400 damage deposit).
