Desk clerk was amazing. Hotel and room were very clean spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was the best we ever had . We highly recommend this hotel to other travellers

I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the decades. This was all around Best. The hotel was bright, in a nice location on the edge of a good looking neighbourhood.
Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. You could tell it was well run. The complimentary breakfast was well above average for presentation and an offering for most. Fresh, very drinkable coffee.
Spacious bright Gym with decent equipment. Really enjoyed the layout of the double Queen suite. Central air circulation, a window that opens and blackout drapes. Quality amenities in room including a big walkin shower. Highly recommend. 5 minutes from BC Ferries.

Very clean and updated hotel, only about 10 minutes (drive) from the ferry terminal, which is the reason we stayed here in the first place.
The front desk young man was very polite, pleasant and quick, making it a breeze to check-in.
