Old property. Rooms smelled damp and mildew like. Nothing to do at hotel (no pool, sauna). Breakfast was mediocre at best. For the price I paid $350 for 1 night this should have been a 5 star. Absolutely would never pay that much money for what a I got.

À ma grande surprise, un séjour très désagréable considérant le prix payé (les compétiteurs font NETTEMENT mieux). J'avais eu de bonnes expériences par le passé dans d'autres Confort INN. À notre arrivée, le lobby puait littéralement (même odeur forte et infecte le lendemain matin, au départ). La demoiselle de l'accueil ne savait pas sourire ni accueillir avec chaleur et bienveillance les gens. Les chambres à deux lits sont petites, on peine à y circuler. La chambre du RdC était correctement entretenue, les commodités fonctionnaient, mais elle donnait sur le Bvld Talbot, une vue déprimante et un environnement très bruyant (mais avec quantité de restaurants, ce qui est bien). Si vous louez dans un établissement sur ce même boulevard, EXIGEZ une chambre qui donne sur l'arrière. Le choix et qualité de la nourriture au déjeuner était médiocre, et la salle commune minuscule (tous se marchent dessus), une salle qui demeure fermée le soir (la personne de l'accueuil m'ayant interdit d'aller y manger le soir, car notre arrivée était tardive avec du prêt-à-manger); on a alors mangé sur notre lit. La serveuse au déjeuner, par contre, était très sympathique et serviable (pauvre elle qui doit travailler dans cet établissement...). Le plafond de la salle de bain de notre chambre est mal entretenu. Pas de salle d'entraînement, ce que je savais avant mon arrivée. Je déconseille fortement d'aller à cet hôtel.

La chambre avait une odeur tenace de renfermé et de poussière. Il y avait du vieux tapis dans toute la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de savon ni près du lavabo, ni dans le bain-douche; près du lavabo, il y avait de la lotion à mains au lieu du savon. Dans le bain-douche, il n'y avait pas de savon ni shampooing mais un conditionneur pour les cheveux. La commande de chauffage/air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Les rideaux ne cachaient pas entièrement la fenêtre, la lumière extérieure pénétrait dans la pièce. Le tapis de l'escalier était élimé et certains nez de marche au tapis percé étaient couvert de ruban genre 'duck tape', d'autres ne l'étaient même pas. À notre arrivée, les draps étaient tout froissés. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée durant les 2 jours de notre séjour; nous avons dû réutiliser les serviettes et débarbouillettes. Les clients qui nous précédaient de peu se sont vu donner une chambre qui était déjà occupée. Le déjeuner (inclus) était très pauvre. Aucun ascenseur, ni aucune aide pour le transport des valises. Pas de tapis de bain, bain trop bas dangereux et toilette trop basse inconfortable. Infiniment trop cher!!!

This hotel only if you have no other choice. There is no proper lobby, and people were gathering outside in the parking lot, which made the property feel unwelcoming. We wanted to eat our takeout in the breakfast area while it was empty, but we were told that guests are not allowed to use it outside of breakfast hours. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The entrance doors and many of the common areas looked like they had not been cleaner in years, even though they are touched by many people throughout the day. Breakfast was another letdown. Although therewas some variety, it was nowhere near the full buffet that was advertised. The hot food was served in very small portions and was often undercooked, which resulted in long wait times while more food was prepared. The coffee was also very weak and lacked flavor. At $300 per night, this hotel offers poor value for the money. I would not choose to stay here again. Last, the pictures are misleading. I'm not even sure they're real. The lobby shown in the advertisement is bright, but in reality it's an old, brown-painted lobby, and the stairs are patched with tape.

Mon arrivée c'est mal passé chambre tapis sale odeur très désagréable et air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas. J'ai aussitôt demandé un changement de chambre ce qu'on m'a accordé facilement. Moi je trouve qu'il ne devrait absolument jamais avoir de tapis dans le chambres. La deuxième chambre était mieux et le séjour c'est bien terminé.
