Loved the out door pool

We only stayed a couple of nights to break up our drive to the Osoyoos. Had a great dinner down the road at the Black Forest Restaurant.

Friendly, clean, good service and amenities.

Very clean with excellent dow walk areas with bins and poop bags. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Beautiful resort and scenery

The beds are pretty good. The pet friendly room was quite rundown however. The bath tub had only shower the lever was broken. So the shower head just stayed on. They had one chair from the original start i think and it was so worn out and sunk in so I had to put a pillow on it to sit comfortably. They need to dispose of the old warped furniture and upgrade. Big heavy wood furniture. I didn’t have a pet and this was the only room I could get. But overall it was fine and the pool is lovely.

The indoor/outdoor was awesome! Loved how the outdoor pool was heated! The restaurant was a bit overpriced and the menu isnt very inclusive to everyones tastes in my opinion. The staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Lots of spaces for clothes etc. Shower did not work properly, blinds either need repair or replacing and the carpet needs updating.

Usually I have great reviews for this hotel…not this time! The outdoor hot tub was shut down before we could use it Sunday night. The room was not up to usual standard we expect at this hotel -the room fixtures, hanging lights and walls were dusty. Dirt & dust in the corners of the bedroom Lukewarm water in the shower. The dining room table was so sticky even after we wiped it down we had to put paper towel down so your cards and or your arms wouldn’t stick to the table top! Overall not what I except for the price.

We had a two bedroom suite over looking the pool area. The room was very well appointed, the ice maker wan not working in the fridge and housekeeping was quick to deliver ice to the door so thank you! Salt & Pepper are little packets, I always travel with our own pepper and salt grinder but just a heads up as well the coffee in the room so thankfully but I have my nespresso machine with me at all times The guests above us were rather heavy walkers so you could hear the pounding of footsteps and the party taking place after hours but not the fault of the resort just not enough insulation. Beds extremely comfortable and the dressing gowns soft and cozy. The toiletries left in the bathroom are not great so highly recommend bringing all you own shampoo, body wash etc. again didn't deter from our stay what so ever.

Nice place, gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and hot tub! But sadly no breakfast included! Disappointed, at this price I would expect to have free breakfast included.

We always have a great time staying at Copperpoint. Keep up the great work. The TV’s could use an upgrade though!

We love Copper Point because it's a lovely resort that is not only pet friendly but has a variety of rooms for large family stays. There is ample parking and space for everyone. We also appreciate the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub options so you can take a dip or soak no matter what the weather. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Check in and check out are easy, staff are very nice. The hotel restaurant is delicious, albeit sometimes slow. Our major qualm is that the rooms are not sound proofed well and we have had some nights of major disruption - this visit in the 2 bedroom suite was a bit better, the room is further from the hall so not as much noise. Unfortunately every morning the cleaners would flip the security latch to keep the doors unlocked and slam the doors in the neighbouring rooms while they go in and out to clean early in the morning while cleaning and it woke us up almost every day. The other 2 critiques I have are that the dishwasher in our suite smelled strongly of mold and that the second outdoor hot tub has seemingly been out of commission for 2+ years even though it still advertises outdoor "hot tubs"
