景觀一流，房間size都ok。泊車車位窄而矮，如要泊大車，要check車身高度。冷氣很嘈，機本上很難入睡，洗手間門開關也有”椅椅”聲。不會再考慮入住，破壞了萬豪的形象。

Great place to stay in Kingston

Great location in the heart of Kingston. Nice water views from our room. Excellent service and very helpful staff.

They charged $45+HST for parking. Even more than downtown Toronto. For breakfast I ordered waffles, it came with no whipped cream and a few blueberry At check in they gave us notice about construction noise after 12:00 the next day, but it started as early as 9:30 in the morning

All rooms are lakeview at no extra cost, it is amazing. Room was clean, great walk in shower, and pillows are great. We had dinner at the restaurant, food was great but took a long time to get it, but Matthew our waiter was excellent and apologized with free dessert and coffee.

We like the location and the staff was great! We will come again!

Over priced for what we had. View was great. Room clean and quiet. Manager delivered a sparkling wine and two glasses in honor of our anniversary. Room did not include breakfast and a parking fee was applied

Staff was nice and the hotel clean but the parking situation is limited and involved hauling our bags from across the street and up into the hotel. The hotel’s entrance is a bit awkward and one cannot enter from the east side so it’s a bit odd that way. The room door was sticky and I had to really yank on it to open/close it. My wife actually couldn’t open the door herself! The a/c unit in the room was as loud as a train and not great for a restful sleep. The room was overlooking a dirty rooftop. I would not go back as I’ve stayed in better places within Kingston and would chose those over this mediocre accommodation.

good location in the center of downtown and water front. Room is very clean.

Hotel was fine. Location was good. Room was fine. However it had no proper entrance/lobby. And the parking lot was a mess. Very crammed and inconvenient. The pool was mobbed and over capacity. There were no staff to keep the pool area in check. I don’t think I would stay there again.

There wasn’t a nice area to sit in the Lobby. It was very small. There was a room with tables but was very basic, We were given a room with an adjoining door and u could hear the people talking, (not sound proof) while we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was very good but not included with the room.

En général la chambre était propre, les planchers étaient pas frais lavé. La literie immaculée et le lit très confortable. Une seule chaise disons confortable. En couple, une deuxième chaise serait appréciée . Air climatisé très bruyant mais facile à régler. Pas de vitesse pour la fan. Un gros oubli à été fait par le personnel des chambres, ils ont laissé notre porte ouverte. Les verrous etaient placés de façon à ce que la porte ne ferme pas. Rien n’a été volé, et la direction de l’hôtel nous a bien dédommagé pour le stress encouru . Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique.

Was looking forward to this stay. Reception checked me without indicating where were the elevators and handed me an envelope with keys and all information..just dont ask. I believe they were surprised by my saying I was shocked with $45 parking. Had to park in a very very tight spot Thank You Aston I was hoping to give you a tip but neither reception nor the servers had change for a 20$. Got to my room and was so shocked with such an exorbitant fee, they provided NAYA bottle water. Basic amenities and I honestly felt the person's who gave this 10/10 probably were given a much more renovated room. My bed felt like it had better days. Cooper at the restaurant was extremely helpful Thank You. I asked for Mineral water was given a jar which meant it came from the bar and was charged 7$. The main course was was excellent presentation however a piece of Salmon sitting on garnish surrounded with a lot of sauce...im wondering where are the carbs. I ended asking for bread additional charge. I sat there thinking where am I? This is not in my opinion for children. Business Travellers drinking at the bar, its opened between the elevators and reception. You cannot miss the drunks. The rooms are very close to each other. Indication in the elevator to be quiet during certain hours was clear proof what I was thinking. BTW the parking is plus tax. I honestly would not recommend this hotel. Surroundings are excellent but I am not a happy customer. Forgot the clogged sink.

The property was well kept and clean. Not sure the rooms were really worth $500+ a night. Plus we were on the second floor with our little dog. Potty break at 5:30 was not a great thing
