Amazing warm good looking hotel with comfy rooms. We rented a total of 14 rooms for our wedding and they did their best to coordonnate the whole experience for everyone. The court is amazing! Good looking. We took many photos there.

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient bien, mais nous avons été déçus par le service à la clientèle.
Après avoir réservé la chambre en ligne, j'ai appelé le lendemain pour confirmer ma réservation et réserver deux massages et le restaurant.
Lors de la confirmation de la chambre, j'ai demandé si l'accès aux bains et au SPA était bien inclus avec la chambre et on m'a confirmé que oui.
Le jour de notre visite nous avons eu nos massages et juste après, au moment d'aller au SPA, on nous a informés que ce n'était pas inclus mais qu'on pouvait y accéder moyennant 25 $ par personne. Nous avons refusé vu qu'on nous avait confirmé que c'était inclus.
Nous sommes allés à la réception de l'hôtel pour expliquer la situation et on nous a alors dit que c'était une erreur du personnel et que ce n'était pas inclus.
Après avoir insisté sur le fait que nous avions pris la peine d'appeler auparavant pour s'assurer que tout était inclus, on nous a finalement proposé un accès gratuit mais seulement pour le lendemain matin car soit disant le SPA était à sa pleine capacité alors que 15 min auparavant on nous proprosait d'y entrer en payant.
Expérience très désagréable pour notre anniversaire de mariage!

Très beau site. Nous avons aussi profité du centre de santé. Notre seule déception a été que le restaurant de l’hôtel soit fermé le dimanche soir, d’autant plus qu’il s’agissait d’un long week-end.

The pool is amazing. The hot tub was out of order. There is no ramp to get heavy bags in. Very animal friendly. They set up an orthopedic dog bed with goodie bag with organic dog cookies, poop bags and bandana!

Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant est sympathique et professionnel. La chambre était grande et propre, par contre elle n’était pas très ergonomique et la salle de bain était minuscule. Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal.Je crois que l’autre bâtiment est plus moderne et les chambres mieux configurées. Les installations aquatiques intérieurs de l’hôtel pourraient être modernisés à mon avis. Pour conclure, on a eu un très beau séjour.

Voyagé 1 nuit avec notre 3 ans et c'était parfait, merci! Tres bon repas également au restaurant. Il manquait peut-être seulement de bornes de recharges pour véhicules électriques. Les 2 bornes présentes ont été toujours occupées durant notre séjour, donc n'avons pas pu nous charger
