The underground parking is just an exercise in almost getting your car to a body shop. It’s built so badly that they had to put padding around some columns. The elevators take forever and the air conditioning was nonexistent. The person at the front desk was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The rooms need real light both in the bathroom and in the room. The rain shower head did not work and the shower wand leaked terribly. We stayed in room 709. The amount of sirens all night long was difficult to drown out. For such an upscale looking place, it was not a stay I would repeat.

Great Location, Great Stay!

Hôtel was clean, well appointed a great location, and the staff were great. The one less than satisfactory issue was the restaurant breakfast service. There were only two tables seated when we arrived, placed an order and multiple newley seated tables received their food first. Some with the same items ordered. A latte took about 25 minutes to get because “they were out of clean cups” although the place was basically empty upon arrival. Our order took so long we needed to leave to get to the airport before it wbwn arrived, going without breakfast. .

Hotel is updated and very spacious rooms. They just don’t have a bell boy and parking is y dethroned and hard to get to but overall great hotel!

En somme, l’hôtel est bien, mais ce n’est pas un WoW si l’on compare à d’autres hôtels dans le même quartier, surtout pour le prix (plus de 400$ par nuit)! Nous résidons plusieurs fois par année dans différents types d’hôtel et c’est la première fois qu’on nous refusait catégoriquement de Check in avant l’heure prévu, qui est d’ailleurs à 16h plutôt qu’à 15h! On nous avait informé que c’était en raison des « late Check out » ce jour là, alors qu’en discutant avec d’autres vacanciers, eux s’étaient fait dire que c’était en raison d’un bri de système… Résultat: une longue file d’attente à 16h… Avant 16h, on nous a offert l’accès au 12e étage pour nous préparer pour notre événement, nous disant que c’est l’étage du gym et de la piscine et qu’on avait accès aux douches et à la terrasse. La terrasse était fermée puisque réservée pour un mariage et il était impossible d’avoir des chaises pour attendre dans la très petite section de la terrasse qui était ouverte. Ensuite, il n’y a qu’une seule douche à aire ouverte dans le « vestiaire » qui contient uniquement une douche, deux lavabos et deux toilettes. Difficile de préserver l’intimité vu l’achalandage sur l’étage… Ensuite, nous ne pouvions pas non plus attendre au bar puisqu’il ouvre seulement à 17h. Pour la chambre c’est bien, mais pour le prix (plus de 400$ par nuit), j’aurais préféré une salle de bain complète. La douche et la toilette font partie de la chambre et ne sont séparés que par une vitre.

Amazing central location to Old Montreal and Downtown. Everything was walking distance from this location. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable!!

The underground parking for gas are located on the side of the hotel. There is very limited now to go on the ground, which is not safe and when you coming out of the parking lot underground parking, there’s not quite enough exit signs and make gas to get confused.

The hotel location is great, room was spacious, Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants etc. The one major drawback is the breakfast in the hotel restaurant; they need to do a better job for the prices they charge.
