Nice clean hotel about 30 minutes from downtown Halifax. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was a welcome amenity on a hot afternoon and the food in the restaurant was excellent! The staff were also friendly (if a little inexperienced) and did their best to be helpful. Overall, a great stay!

Room was great! Staff was amazing! Pool looked nice but was too chilly to use, but lounging around it was lovely. Only real “issue” was odd electrical plug placements. Great little plaza two minutes away with Timmie’s and Shoppers. Would definitely recommend.

The check in and check out process needs a little tlc, we stayed 3 nights and weren’t told about any of the amenities or rules. Not even pointed to where our room was. The room was dated but clean.

The property is old and does not have an elevator so bear that in mind. The room smelt stale so bought an air freshener. No phone in the room to contact the front desk and room cleaning was only if you asked. No food service onsite Monday to Wednesday but did have complementary coffee, tea, muffins and yogurt. Being on a lake was lovely and very convenient to all highways. The Inn has so much potential just needs to be addressed.

Close to airport, room was spacious, nice view of lake and property from our deck, the staff at front desk and restaurant was awesome. Restaurant had a very good dinner and the desserts were homemade and awesome.

Charming hotels! Lovely staff. Food was delicious. I did forget to check if they had an elevator for my elderly mother. Alas, they didn’t. We did have to put her on the second floor and she could manage the 6-7 steps. Sooo fyi.

This place was a little rustic. Beautiful location on the lake. The home smelled musty. I could not make friends with coffee maker. When it was cool it was very comfortable. When it was warm- upstairs didnt cool much. Queen bed upstairs was very hard. Host was helpful.

Loved being on the ground floor, but was a little perturbed to be woken up at 7 in the morning with the outdoor music.
Lynn at the front desk is absolutely wonderful, always so sweet and helpful. Older gentleman with glasses not so nice. But all in all we are there alot and its usually a wonderful time.
