Front desk staff were excellent! Lobby was nice. Snack options beside front desk were nice. Disappointing that the pool was under renovation and was not clearly put on Expedia. (that I could see). Elevators are in bad shape and gave bad first impression. Rooms are clean but dark and gloomy. Beds are very hard. Hotel has potential but needs a makeover.

The staff were kind and quick to help. But they didnt pay much attention to what was missing, like the empty shampoo and no towels. Aswell as what was there from previous people, like food in the fridge. There were matresses standing in the hallway-which is unsafe, and the room wasnt very clean. My wife was bitten by a bug in the room. Please pay more attention when cleaning rooms🙏
