Great place to stay overlooking some of Downtown, what’s nice about it is that they have a lot of international guest and it is next to a mall that has various restaurants and stores and it’s easy to get transportation to the important places. If you stay at the fancy hotel, it is more of a luxury experience with this place is functional for the city. It’s also close to a Filipino restaurant, Chinese restaurant, burger restaurant bar, Tim Hortons, and not far from the liquor store. the stuff was great in the hotel is very secure.

優點
離飯店（走路）5分鐘距離內有超市餐廳
缺點
房間的所有東西老舊。
很多都壞了也沒有修理。
空調是假的。
整個房間以及枕頭有異味。
房間燈光很暗。
插頭很少。有燈沒插頭。
住宿有附早餐 但兩天過去看都食物被掃光也沒有補。
只剩下幾片吐司 連butter，Jam都沒有。
提醒旅客
晚上不要單獨在飯店外面
奇怪的人很多 不友善
要錢不給錢開始罵髒話 有在挑釁的行為等等。

房間環境殘舊，室內加設冷風機；連接窗框的氣喉沒有密封，這使堂內氣溫在晚間非常寒冷。住宿4日3夜竟然沒有清溹房間，最後要跟前台交涉才草草清理房間－次。這問酒店是我目前住的最差的一間😡😡😡😡

住宿的房間紙杯是上一個房客使用過的，清潔人員並沒有更換新的。
我們第一晚使用hotel's.com訂房，後面三晚請旅行社訂房，第一晚check in時已告知請將我們的房間安排同一間就好不要更換，結果隔天卻來電叫我們更換房間，還說我們第一晚並沒有check in，請問沒有check in我們是如何取得卡住宿的？
這樣也就算了，還重複扣款，重複扣了第一晚的住宿費和後面三晚我們已經支付給旅行社的住宿費，總共重複收取二萬多台幣的費用而且沒有告知，自己使用客人第一晚刷卡資料扣款，這是很惡劣的行為。
以後要住這間酒店的人要特別注意這一點。
（目前我沒跟酒店提出退回重複扣款的要求，寫完這個評價後會寫信給酒店要求退款！）

酒店座落在黃刀小鎮的市中心，地點真是很方便。酒店的服務人員（包括前台、及執房）整體的服務很不錯，友善及給人開心的感覺。房間的整潔度不錯，乾乾淨淨。
唯此酒店已是一間舊的酒店，房內的裝潢己顯現較殘舊，而房內的部分設施破損而欠缺維修或更換。

Hotel is located in the center of downtown. There is a "mall" with minimal options connected to the hotel and it is close to many restaurants and supermarket. Room is acceptable, didnt expect too much as the hotel itself is one of the oldest in Yellowknife. There is free airport shuttle provided by hotel but dont expect too much. We saw the shuttle left while at the airport and we called the hotel who said it will be back 30-45 mins. We ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs and we took taxi in the end. On the day we left, we saw the airport shuttle arrived 8 mins earlier than scheduled and it stopped for less than a min then left (without coming in to ask if anyone will take the shuttle). The hotel staffs are very helpful and apparently they are dissatisfied with the shuttle company as well. They helped to call the airport shuttle back to take us to the airport. Overall a good option if you are staying only a few days in Yellowknife.

飯店老舊，靠 ice cube machine 的房間太吵，靠馬路邊的房間太吵，都可以聽到交通號誌和汽車通過的聲音，影響睡眠。後來換到靠後面停車場的房間，不過暖氣太弱，在室外溫度-20度~-30度時，房間溫度到 20度就升不起來了。馬桶壞一次自己搞定。熱水還不錯。在換房間的時候忘了拿圍巾，Loas and found 也沒主動電話通知我們，後來我們自己找到 house keepter才找回來。

黃刀鎮風景不錯，人情味很好，有回家的感覺，酒店鄰近景店，不用乘車也可前往，酒店WIFI較弱，經常斷線，樓下常有人一班人聚集，那班人常吸煙，導致空氣較差。極光體驗令人歎為觀止，我會向人推介黃刀鎮極光之旅。

約下午兩點到飯店，櫃檯不願意讓我們提早check in 因為房間未準備好。於是我們等到飯店規定的下午三點。櫃檯還是用房間還沒掃好打發我們，同時發現有的房間卻不用等就可以直接check in。問了之後才發現，這間飯店並不是以先來後到的順序讓客人check in。你的房號再預約的時候就確定了。想要check in就要等到房間掃好了，才有辦法住進去。但我們晚上要去看極光，下午不能不睡個覺。於是跟櫃檯爭論了半天，才願意把我們換一間房間。然而也沒告知房間被降了一級，本來是加大雙人床，結果換了個一般雙人床的房間給我們。又是二樓正對馬路的房間，房間又小又吵。九月的晚上其實房間還是滿冷的，但夏天此飯店不供暖氣，這是事實但員工卻不願意證實。跟他們抱怨只會跟你說他請人去看看機房，然後拿一檯小暖風扇打發你。飯店有停車場，但不保證可以給你車証。
