Room was so clean and very comfortable. We arrived early and they offered to keep our luggage until our room was ready. The only drawback was the restaurant/bar didn’t open until 4:00pm. It was a very rainy day and couldn’t get food until 4:00.

I liked that the property was close to YVR, had good access to city transportation, provided unlimited wi-fi and was very affordable, considering the location and amenities. I also liked that housekeeping asked every day if room service was wanted, instead of assuming it was. The room overlooked several parking lots at the back of the property and thus didn't have much of a view, however it was very spacious, clean and quiet.

Not so good experience with the hotel in general. Ok if it’s a brief stop-over when you’re in a jam, but I won’t be looking to stay at this hotel.
Only thing great about it was the small coffee chop and barista who knew how to make coffee.

The staff at Radisson Blu truly sets this property apart. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team was warm, professional, and eager to assist. Housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured my room was pristine daily, while the shuttle driver was punctual and friendly

My 16 year old daughter was stuck in Vancouver because of a cancelled flight during her layover. Obviously as a parent I was terrified, trying to find her somewhere to go in a city where we knew no one. After 12 hours at the airport alone with another delay on a new flight, we we're able to book a room at 11pm. I felt so relieved knowing she was going to be ok after talking on the phone to staff. They helped us arrange a shuttle, get her checked in and back to the airport in the morning again. The staff member that helped us out walked me through all the steps while I panickly made arrangements. I am so very grateful for their kindness. Thank you!!
