Friendly staff, kept room clean and stocked. Nice gym area, laundry on site. Even though property was going through some renovations while we stayed it didn’t affect our stay or comfort. Bed was super comfortable and room was clean and had great service.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and only got one and had a couple fight like cats and dogs all night next to my room.

I booked this hotel after seeing a big discount, after I booked, should of been a red flag, one of my employees mentioned they stayed there and had a horrible experience with it being run down and then being blamed for all the previous damages. So within 30 minutes of booking I immediately tried to cancel, I did choose non cancelable rooms but tried anyways since it was within 30 minutes, and was denied. Which is within their rights. So I let my employees know to take pictures and hope for the best. Once they got there I was sent tons of photos, of visible stains on carpets, bedsheets, scratches to bed, damage to drywall, half ripped base, torn carpets, grease on walls. I then called the front desk to be asked to change rooms. The staff were quick to help us change rooms. The real change that needs to be made is corporate needs to spend money on renovating and upkeeping the property. Otherwise more guests are going to keep complaining and the staff will be helpless to do anything.

Was originally only going to stay one day but ended up staying four days. Very comfortable bed and able to just relax. One thing that was a question is with the pre authorization for the room; which I totally understand, is now four business days and still on my credit card. Wish that could clear faster. Besides that was great!

We booked a premium room, 2 queen beds with kitchenette for 3 adults. When we arrived we were told that they did not have the room we booked and the problem was with Expedia. We were offered a single king bed for three adults and were told that it was o.k. because we could all fit in the same bed! After we made a fuss they moved us to a small room with 2 beds after being told that we were “lucky that they were able to upgrade us”. We were still charged the premium room price plus $100 deposit. We have now been told it will take 7-10 days to get our deposit back

Room was cold. Nice size room. Big bed. Pillows were terrible. There was blood on the door.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Scheming and awful. I stay in hotels half my life and this is the word I’ve ever been treated, I would say more but you know… I stayed personally but I had used Choice hotels within my company. Choice will be losing much more than 300 dollars Booked this place before reading any reviews. My mistake. 300 dollars lost due to a small juice spill on sheet. Room was atrocious to begin with.

Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly. The building is just very old, they need to update the rooms. Changing the lobby and updating the outside doesn’t change the fact the age of the building

Property is quite run down, not worth the $125/night

Not what the pictures online looked like. Very updated and not clean. There was red smears and food prints on the wall beside the bed. The shower/bath not clean at all, dirt still on the walls of the tub when I got in. Bedding/pillows very worn.

The only thing that was good about the place was the staff was friendly, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hot water to take a bath was lukewarm. The the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The hallways worse cement walls. Didn't look friendly. Lol. Free Hot breakfast was just carbs. They only served mini donut hole like pancakes, pork sausages and hashbrowns. When I went to the receptionist, I was told that the only make scrambled eggs certain days. Only 4 white slices of bread. 3 slices of whole wheat bread. Coffee and hopefully juice. I didn't try any of these things. I actually went to a different restaurant after I checked out. I would not be staying here again.

Had an outside room, wasn’t in the best shape or overly clean but it did the trick. Breakfast was mediocre

The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was turmed on and we had to unplug it for the night. We could have used facecloths daily but other than that everything was great

Room little dirty. They charged me for a towel that they said was ruined.

The room is small but beds were comfortable. The breakfast was horrible the food overcooked and dried out both mornings.
