La seule critique que j ai c est de changer votre fonctionnement pour les stationnement tu arrive a 11h30 pm et plus de place (la personne a réception nous a trouver une place pour la nuit ) peut etre aller plus avec un système de plaque pour mieux gérer le stationnement sinon l expérience était parfait je vais y revenir a mon prochain tour a Quebec

Mon séjour au Repotel Ancienne-Lorette a été décevant. Des cheveux et des poils sont laissés sur les draps, la salle de bain est vieille et peu entretenue, les chambres sont faiblement insonorisées. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

J'y ai passé 3 nuits et cela ne valait absolument pas les 250 $ la nuit que j'ai payés. L'hôtel a vraiment besoin de rénovations ! Un des nombreux problème a été une odeur très bizarre dans la chambre qui, je pense, provenait de la climatisation, mais nous en avions absolument besoin. Chaque élément en chrome dans la salle de bain était couvert de rouille. Le pommeau de douche m'arrivait à la hauteur de la poitrine, j'ai donc dû me doucher complètement plié en deux ! Le gel de douche et le shampoing fournis sentaient horriblement mauvais ! Notre chambre avait deux lits doubles, et la chambre comme la salle de bain étaient minuscules ! Surtout pour une famille de quatre personnes ! Ils n'ont fourni que 2 serviettes pour la douche. Après la première nuit, ils n'ont pas fait notre chambre et quand nous avons demandé pourquoi, ils nous ont répondu que nous ne leur avions pas demandé de le faire. Le personnel de la réception était impoli ! Ne vous laissez pas avoir par les photos des sites de réservation comme Hotels.com, elles sont filtrées et l'hôtel ne ressemble en rien aux photos ! Je ne recommande pas du tout! Restez au loin!

Room not made up. Was assigned 2 other rooms also not made up before a 3rd room happened to be made up. French woman by the desk was not fit for guest interactions. African staff were just sitting around idle

Staff are not customer service oriented. Canada used to have and take pride in maintaining a culture of high customer service focus and excellence? which is not upheld by everyone, especially when left uncheck. Good or decent customer service is either reserved for a selected few and otherwise, the customer service can be curt or casual. The room price rate was also incredibly high for what the room offered. The bathroom, for example, which decor and installations are stuck in the 80’s or are motel-like inspired, is not well furnished at all.
