Very clean and nice hotel in East Quebec City. Next to waterfall. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean and large, breakfast is sufficient, parking is next to the room.

We stayed here to be close to Montmorency Falls the next morning. The hotel sits on a busy fast moving divided boulevard that is a bit hairy to exit off of, but once you are there, it is fine. Same thing leaving, the road is very busy and the traffic is fast so be prepared to take off quickly out of the parking lot. Despite this, the room we had overlooking the river was excellent and quiet. The breakfast that was included the next morning was lovely and the dining room also overlooked the river. Four minutes away from the falls, makes this an ideal spot to start your day with a visit to the famous landmark. To get there you have to negotiate the boulevard which has traffic lights to get off and then back on the roadway. Look closely at a map to see where you can turn around which you will need to do as you will be staying just east of the falls and on the wrong side of the road.

Montmorency Falls was only a 5-minute drive away, and Old Quebec was just 20 minutes by car. I had a death in the family & called to cancel the morning of arrival. Desk clerk said director would call to let me know about refund. I called back twice & have never received a call back from director of SleepInn. If you can’t refund at least have the decency to call me back.
