This was the worst experience of booking a B&B I have ever had. I booked this a month before our trip. I also called Judy a day before our check in and left a message. She never returned my call. The next day, when we got there at 2 pm, she was not welcoming at all and told us to leave and come back at 4. We left and returned at 4. Then she told us that she does not have a reservation for us. She simply double booked the suite. She even claimed that she never opened an account with Hotels.com! She was rude and aggressive. And after an hour of discussions, she threatened us to leave. I got it all on video. It was shocking! I called hotels.com and was on multiple calls with them for more than 8 hours. We managed to find another place for the night, but we had to end our vacation earlier and return home the next day since it was the busiest long weekend on the island, and we couldn't find another accommodation. There are other things you need to know about this place. It is in the middle of nowhere. The suites are tiny and not bigger than 250 sft. She locks the air conditioner. So, you can't even have A/C most of the time. Lastly, we learned that she had double booked other people on multiple occasions before and unfortunately, she gets away with it easily. I wish those people would have left some reviews here.

Nice room and super comfy bed in a super quiet setting. It’s about 20 minutes from Parksville and a few minutes past Cooms. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little cabins on the cutest little hobby farm. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchenette perfectly adequate, and the hosts are very accommodating. The location is great: only 10 minutes from the beach and there's a walking trail across the road.

Lovely little cabin. Very private, yet close enough to everything.
