Nice place property has not aged well

Nice Hotel

Room was clean and updated. Lots of amenities.

Owner was very rude and extremely disrespectful. Definitely would never stay here again. Was supposed to be our anniversary get away but boy was it horrible experience. Also the 'spa' wasnt even working yet they told us about it and how to get to it but never told us it wasnt working. (Why even mention it or just tell us unfortunately the spa is not running) The only 'positive' was the location but that could be a positive for all the hotels since its a small area. The room wasnt super clean but not overly dirty (there was hair in the bathroom)

Great overall experience staying here. Beautiful area with a Bavarian village look and vibe. The rooms do not have AC, but a window does open.

Front desk staff fantastic! Convenient to the village walkway and the slope side outdoor stage. Close to all the restaurants. Too Clean and well maintained building! Loved our stay!!

Great stay at Sun Peaks! The place was clean and conveniently located right in the village, and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Nicely located in the village accessible to everything.

Went through a power outage on our first night and were unable to use the parking garage that we paid for among other amenities that we paid for. We asked for a refund for one night of parking and the older woman at the desk was absolutely horrific to deal with. She was infuriated that we were asking for $25 back for the inconvenience. She was shaking her head at us and she went into the back office and slammed her keys on the filing cabinet and abruptly dug out $25 from her wallet and slammed it shut. She was huffing under her breath and asked me to sign a receipt and slammed the pen down on the counter. It was such a negative way to leave. This woman was outraged that we rightfully asked for our money back for the parking we couldn’t access. She didn’t ask us how our stay was, she wasn’t apologetic that the power was out and it affected our evening… my husband and I are understandable. Things happen. But good god, we just wanted to be reimbursed for parking that we didn’t get. She was so incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was so angry when I left. I will never stay here again just because of her horrible customer service and her nasty attitude.

The lodge is conveniently located in Sun Peaks village. The room had a balcony and felt spacious. The front desk staff was friendly.

Great experience at this location. I would definitely book here again.

Only stayed for one night but service, facility and walk ability was great. If I have another need for this destination I was will certainly stay again.

Rooms are nice

1st time stay. Great beds/bedding. Room spacious. Nice balcony. Kitchenette was added bonus. So close to outdoor concert venue without being on top of it. As strange as the roadside parking is, it totally worked. Nice to see car (and bike rack) from room. Purpose of trip was concert and mtb; 2 women. Felt totally safe.

Beds were good, bathroom nice may have been recently renovated. There was no air conditioning in the room, I must not have noticed that when I booked. The screen didn’t fit the window exactly. Very warm in the room. Room was clean. The parking was full and we had to park in day parking and still pay $20 instead of $25. Location is great in the village.
