The parking wasn’t safe, i hade a picture that shows it wasn’t clean , sheet was dirty, it has so much noises there , and i couldn’t sleep, breakfast was so bad , and my room was at street level, and anyone could stand right outside the window. As a woman, this made me feel very uncomfortable and upset and when i asked them to change my room they didn’t accept, it was a terrible experience and i am not recommending to anyone else.

Snowstorm had us blocked on. 50 cm of snow.
All highways to Peterborough were closed.
Staff at hotel were understanding.
I could not reach anyone at Expedia to discuss our situation. Tried throughout day.

The staff was friendly the whole time we were there. Disappointed in the property itself it has an old worn feeling to it. They need to do some renovations it looks tired!!! New paint and bathroom doors would help. Our room was in desperate need of some TLC

Good location central to all, kids liked the pool. Carpet was being replaced which was likely needed.
Rooms needed a deep clean (shower, fans) etc. Heating/cooling system was bonkers - -20C outside and we had the A/C on with window open in the room!
