Our stay at the Wyndham was very nice we were treated with respect and received nothing but great service the whole time during our 3 days the cleaning crew were especially professional and went above and beyond.

I had a 5 night stay and really enjoyed it. It's slightly out of the way from the really big and busy areas like Clifton hill, but still walking distance from Victoria park, the casino shopping complex and the incline rail.
Very comfortable beds and the staff were pleasant and ready to help with recomendation or anything else you need. The rooms aren't soundproof, but I brought earplugs and was not disturbed by the traffic sounds or other guests despite being directly beside the elevator. It felt very safe as well; I was very happy with my time here.

Huge room, great service, clean, well kept, super comfortable bed and pillows. The jet tub was really nice after long days of exploring. Close to downtown, nice to be able to walk to everything.
I find $25 for parking pretty expensive considering adjacent lots are $10 or $15. I didn't see any security which might justify the cost.

Hotel was clean but very dated. Rugs and walls. Shower water pressure was not good and the temp barely got hot.
It is in a good location. Felt safe and coffee shop right across road.

After making my reservation with the Wyndham gardens in Niagara Falls, I was moved to a different hotel not once but twice! And then after being moved I was sent a link for an early check in by Wyndham gardens. I wasn’t offered any compensation for being moved which would have been appreciated.

I originally booked at the Wyndham Hotel, but was smoothly upgraded to their sister hotel the Hilton- Double Tree because they were helping with fire relief. Overall would love to deal with either hotel, as they both were doing amazing jobs at handling everyone.

Good hotel.. but were moved from Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview to DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton .. we booked a room with 2 queen beds and sofa come bed for 5 adults and 1 child at wyndham garden but at double tree we were given 1 room with 2 beds no sofa come bed. So 2 people had to sleep on the floor with some sheets..

Kids play with the elevator at mid- night and the employee not saying anything. People on the front desk it’s not friendly. Parking to expensive.
