Boa localização, perto da última parada do ônibus centropuerto, na estação República (viemos direto do aeroporto com esse transporte). Fomos a pé até o Palácio de La Moneda e Cerro Santa Lucia. Os recepcionistas foram muito gentis e atenciosos ao tirar nossas dúvidas. Café da manhã muito bem servido. A máquina de café e chá ficam a disposição dos hóspedes nos restante do dia. Não articulamos do chá da tarde (17h) servidos pelo hotel, mas participamos da degustação de vinho as 19h, com vinho a vontade com frios. O hotel por dentro é muito bonito, assim como as ruas que levam até ele. Chuveiro muito bom, com sistema de ducha de massagem. O único ponto que acho que poderia melhorar é o acabamento de pintura no quarto. Gostamos muito de ficar lá. Voltaríamos sem problemas.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Concha y Toro Boutique Hotel. Although we arrived a bit early for check-in, the staff kindly let us store our luggage so we could head out and explore the city right away. Andrea, the receptionist, was especially welcoming and went above and beyond. While we filled out our paperwork, she took the time to share helpful tips about what to see in Santiago and how to get there. Her warm and attentive attitude made us feel instantly at home. She even offered us some breakfast upon arrival—an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated. Our room was ready around 1 p.m., but we didn’t return until 3 p.m. since we were enjoying the city. Later that evening, her colleague Jennifer was equally impressive. She helped us plan for the next day and gave us great advice on the weather and what to expect. Like Andrea, she was kind, thoughtful, and attentive—both of them were truly stupendous hosts. In addition, the staff helped us coordinate transportation for both airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free. Thanks to the exceptional service from Andrea and Jennifer, we would absolutely return to this hotel. The staff made all the difference in making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable.

Os quartos são bem Pequenos ideais para jovens . O atendimento é excelente . O café da manhã deixa muitoooooooo a desejar . E ainda estão um Pouco inexperientes . Na recepção precisa de um sofá .

Muito ruim, sempre está faltando algo como tapete para os pés ou toalha de rosto. Nos cobram U$ 31 dólares pela roupa de cama que foi derramado vinho( vinho esse que compramos do hotel em que não abriram direito e a rolha quebrou) fazendo tudo isso, não trocam os lençóis e fronhas durante a estadia somente arruma a cama. Tratam bem no primeiro dia após começam a controlar o que oferecem como chá e outras coisas.

Este hotel no me gustó porque el mobiliario de la habitación solo se reduce a una cama y 2 burós, no tienen mesas, es muy incómodo tener que trabajar en la laptop y hacerlo en la cama. Hay mesas plegables que pudieran acondicionar en varios puntos de la habitación, pero no lo hacer. El internet es malo, muy inestable. La habitación da a la parte central del hotel y es ruidoso, las habitaciones no tienen buen aislante de tuido, en la noche tuve que soportar los ronquidos del huesped de la habitación a mi lado. En el desayuno la leche estaba descompuesta. Definitivamente jamás regresaré a este hotel.

El hotel es lindo, acogedor. La regadera es de un metro cuadrado, lo que es un poco incómodo, no se ofrece una mesa para trabajar en la habitación y absolutamente todo lo que hablan en recepción suena en la habitación. Hubo una noche en que una pareja estuvo platicando en un tono alto hasta las 2 am, lo que impidió un descanso ameno.

Experiência nada boa primeiro trocaram nosso quarto,segundo a água do chuveiro gelada,terceiro não trocaram as toalhas,quarto tinha uma sacola de roupa sujas minha no quarto,simplesmente jogaram no lixo,fui ressarcido por parte do valor das roupas,enfim,nunca passei por isso em viagens.

Nice building, excellent staff, good breakfast and wine hour in the evening. Easy walk to central Santiago, or 3 minute walk to Republica stop on Metro. Only point to note is that room had no separate work table or chair, but plenty of seats and tables in public areas. Highly recommended for touring central Santiago.
