Muy buen hotel, con habitación cómoda y limpia. Gran desayuno y muy buena conexión wifi y gimnasio (disponible las 24h). También la localización, en la zona moderna de Santiago. Copa de bienvenida y galleta (bonitos detalles). El único problema fue una obra la noche que entraba. Hubiera deseado una habitación al otro lado del hotel

I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend.

My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend.

O quarto era bastante grande, com bom aquecimento, garantindo muito conforto durante a estadia. A localização é excelente, meu quarto tinha vista ao Costanera Center, próximo a diversos comércios, restaurantes e também ao metrô. Gostei muito da hospedagem e certamente voltaria em uma próxima oportunidade.

Un Hotel ubicado en excelente lugar a 1 calle del Centro Comercial mas grande de Santiago de Chile.
Tiene 2 restaurantes en la misma propiedad y en los alrededores a pasos de distancia lo hay todo.
Lo malo: Las habitaciones necesitan actualización, lucen un poco viejas y para el nivel de Hotel el agua no era caliente constante, iba de fria a caliente y con poca presion.
La pantalla no es Smart y en esta epoca es una desventaja.
Fuera de ello, es muy buen Hotel

All was good with the stay until I had to check out. They said I owed extra for a dinner I did not take in their restaurant. This was their mistake, but the front desk guy asked me to prove I paid showing him the receipt. It was 5am in the morning and my taxi was waiting outside, this was unacceptable, they should check their records first and trust their clients.
