muy placentera. todo en orden, buena informacion. me toco la habitacion sobre la cocina en la cual la acyividad comienza a las 7 de la manana, no la recomiendo la nro 203. buenos restaurantes cerca y bajos precios.excelente estadia

O Hostal é bem localizado, facilitando o acesso ao centro, e demais pontos turísticos.
Tem um super mercado que fica em frente, o metro fica a 2 quadras.
As pessoas são muito solícitas, dão informação, chamam transporte.
Estive com meus pais e uma tia, e fomos muito bem tratados, alias, já é a quarta vez que me hospedo nele. Quando se fala em Santiago, sempre recomendo o Hostal Americano.

Según la página pagaba menos, al llegar cobraron iva, y carisimo para 2 camas que se movían y sonaban y además pequeña, lejos lo peor el baño, ya que era compartido y teníamos que esperar mucho para ocuparlo, 0 confianza.

No fue buena mucha calor en la habitacion y mucho boche exterior, tampoco se nos aviso que disponian de ventiladores para soportar el calor, tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas pero el boche era imposible dormir

The staff at Hostal America were all very friendly and helpful. Although I had to wait a few hours for my room as I arrived early morning, I was able to have breakfast and sit in the living room. The location was close to the train and downtown and a nice walk. The only think that I might say was a little disappointing was the hot water, it kept going cold but I am not sure if it was my not being able to adjust the taps correctly, but it did come on intermittently. Aside from that minor issue it is a nice, clean, comfortable property.

部屋に電話はなかったので、電話を頼んだら気軽に応じてくれた。大変助かった。部屋は簡易宿舎という感じで、シャワーの水圧は低い。5分ほど流していると熱いお湯が出た

Good cheap place near Plaza de Armas. The are is very run down though, with much better areas around Bellavista and Santa Lucia. The shower was awful and basically unusable. The water was cold and the shower head was broken. Breakfast was free but very basic with toast and cereal. Only powdered milk was provided.

혼자 찾아가기가 어렵습니다. 숙소에서 터미널까지 1km 정도를 가기위해 새벽에 택시를 이용했는데 숙소에서 자체적인 기사분을 택시라고 하면서 6000 CLP를 받더라구요. 절대 숙소에서 연결해주는 택시 이용하지 마세요.

Buena atención. Siendo un hostal tiene limitaciones comprensibles en la comodidad de las habitaciones, que se compensan en gran medida con la amabilidad y disposición de servicio de todos sus empleados. Otro punto a destacar es la limpieza de las instalaciones y habitaciones. El ambiente en general muy agradable y familiar.
