Tudo perfeito! Recepcionistas atenciosos, quartos limpos e impecaveis, cafe da manhã farto e local agradavel.

Personnel à l’accueil désagréable. Deux personne mais une seule travaille, ce qui rend l’attente plus longue. Des individus se baladent dans les couloirs en toquant aux portes à des heures pas possible dans la nuit. La femme de ménage qui rentre le soir sans permission. Me self très moyen pour le prix. Check out personne ne vous demande si tout s’est bien passé. Bref passez votre chemin

The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk gave confusing information about the restaurant, which affected my experience. The service could be clearer and more attentive.

Hotel para 1 noite, quarto pequeno e café da manhã ok. Muitos homens no hotel, nao é aconselhavel mulheres sozinhas.

Sehr praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr bequemes Bett auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank war im Zimmer vorhanden. Freundliches Personal. 3 Schnelle Aufzüge. Sicherer und gut beleuchteter Parkplatz im Hinterhof vom Hotel.

Bem localizado, limpo e atende muito bem. Fiz tudo s pé.

I wouldn't recommend staying in Calama if you want to visit the Atacama on tourism (we made this mistake). Calama is a pretty rough town and we were warned about car thefts. That said this hotel was pretty decent. They have a bit of an odd setup with the sink being outside the bathroom which I felt was odd and the room was quite cramped. That said, it worked out quite well for our trip, if you do stay in Calama this hotel is a good option.

It’s located close to the airport and bus terminal.
