The hotel staff was really accommodating for my friends and I as I celebrate my birthday in Santiago. Ana was so helpful with the arrival and departure. The room was nice, and my friends enjoyed their stay. The rooms are not soundproof as listed online, but I was able to get a good night rest everynight.
This hotel is in the metro area, so everything you need is nearby! I would stay here again!

Os funcionários do hotel são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Nos deram dicas de compras, aluguel de roupa de neve e restaurantes. Até me emprestaram uma agulha p abrir o meu celular. O quarto era muito confortável e limpo. Como é um apart hotel não tem limpeza diariamente mas se precisar de qualquer coisa p limpeza que não tenha no apartamento eles fornecem. A localização era ótima, dava p ir a pé p o costanera e a estação do metrô estava a duas quadras. Adorei e iria novamente.

We loved our stay at Orly suites. The people are simply wonderful and so helpful. We got there very early in the morning and they did everything everything they could to get our room ready early. The room itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Walkable to most things.

I initially booked this property for a few days to be in the wonderful, cosmopolitan, safe Providencia neighborhood. I am an American from NYC and working remotely seeing nature areas of Chile on weekends when I am off (Atacama, Valle del Equi, Valparaiso, etc.). Anita and the staff were beyond friendly and allowed me to store extra bags and packages while I checked out during weekends to go else where and would have my bags back in the room when I returned. The apartment had a nice living area space and separate bedroom that made me feel comfortable for working remote (hotel rooms often can feel transient for longer stays). Anita is a sweetheart and the best host & operator!
